Mr. Taylor came early in the morning to review the project . He needed a part, he left and came back around 11:00 to start the project. I called with a question, in the evening, and he was there to answer my question.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. On time as well.

The owner was informative and was able to show me on his phone how the app on the phone would work after installation. He met to install with our availability over a busy holiday weekend. During the day time the picture comes over in color at night time they are black and white, (grass at night always look like snow, lol). When we have issues or questions, like installing the app on a new device, he is always helpful. The only real issue we had, had nothing to do with Taylor Tech, the devices or installation, it was our Net Gear Wireless Router, which we purchased from a big box store. It had an automatic shutoff on it, unknown to any of us. When it finally was figured out and turned off, the distant viewing of the cameras work beautifully with very little connection issues. Keep in mind that even though there may be a long distance viewing issue at times, the system is still working and recording and when the router (not Taylor Techs issue or device) is working we can playback the time we miss states away. I would certainly recommend Taylor Tech and use them again. The price was equal to others, same prices and equal equipment, but what he had going for him, was his willingness to see us when we had availability and to install at a time convenient to us and asap. No waiting and 100% cooperative. I consider this investment money well spent with no regrets. Excellent...

Scott is very professional and thorough. He installed 4 cameras and software. He offered great advice in camera setup and views; I felt confident in his direction and candor. They were here on time, did everything right the first time. They installed everything quickly. Everything turned out great. Overall it was a job well done.

I gave them a call and we talk about what I needed, and the next day there was here, point out where I can get, the greater coverage, and they began to put in four ip cameras, and they work great, only had for about one and a half week but I seen more at night then I have in a long time, on play back. I seen cats play at night I seen possums, in my back yard, I seen fox coming though, I seen skunks, all on my cameras, and raccoon, yes I will call them again, thank tatlor tech, charles/Connie spann,
