Very professional and a nice clean install. Havenâ t had any problems with the system or user interface.

They initially came to install an alarm from another vendor. We had still more problems with that vendor. We decided to go with TaylorTech, LLC instead. They provided everything we need. They actually monitor the quality of the cellular signals connecting their customers; control panels to the monitoring center. They are bringing us an extended antenna for better signal quality at no additional charge. This is old-fashioned customer service, in the best sense, for modern electronics. Further and later: because we have poor cellular service, they connected our alarm to our WiFi router. This works. TaylorTech is always very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent, professional service

The camera installed never provided an adequate image. The installer returned a couple of times and the equipment never worked right. We finally just gave up on ever getting it to work and are now without security.

Despite the current economic situation, Scott got here quick and took care of business! We were having numerous issues with our alarm company we had been with for over 12 years, it took only 25 minutes with Scott to see he was the clear choice to use. He and the installer easily transitioned us to the new system and thoroughly acquainted us with the new tech. Debbie also got us a reduction in insurance that we didn't even know about! The only way this could have been any more pleasurable is if they took us out to lunch while they installed lol! For us, 5 stars doesn't seem enough for TaylorTech!

we are former Time Warner Security customers. Scott Taylor was able to adapt some of the old equipment to save us money. He did an excellent job and programmed the equipment which was important to us. Would definitely recommend for your security needs.
