Description of Work: I called Mr. Olsen to do some repair work on my aunt's house. I left a message on his voice mail. He replied that same afternoon indicating that he was very busy right now and could not take on any more work. I really appreciate his return phone call, especially so promptly, so I can determine my next step with the repairs. If his work is as professional as his response was, I can understand why he is so busy.
