Description of Work: Brenda and her group were once again Fabulous! They really came through in a bit of a pinch. I made a last-minute request for the cleaning of my sister's home, as a "gift" while she was recovering out of town for surgery. Brenda accommodated us, even though my sister's home was a bit out of area, and the crew did an amazing job. My sister was able to return to a "sparkling" (her adjective) house and not have to worry about cleaning for a while. Thank you, Royalty Cleaning! Another reason we have been with you for about 2 years!

Description of Work: They did a thorough cleaning of all areas. Four women came and one cleaned the kitchen, one the bathrooms (2 1/2), one did the dusting and the other the vacuuming. They brought all of their own supplies, were very professional and I'm very happy that I selected them.

Description of Work: I hired royalty cleaners when we were having a large quantity of people coming to stay at our home. Brenda, the owner, called me back within minutes and put my mind completely at ease...working with my abrupt schedule and her calm and cheerful demeanor made me feel like everything was under control and judgement free. When I came home after the cleaning...my whole house felt lighter. I am super particular and there was not a surface that was untouched...not one. My mother, who was present during the cleaning, said that the ladies were professional, courteous and thorough. I feel very grateful for the quality of work and care that was given to me today...what a gift.

Description of Work: They clean my kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom plus hallway. A team of four gets the job done in approx. 45 minutes. This is not a heavy duty deep cleaning but dusting, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, etc. I am very satisfied with them and would recommend they to others.

Description of Work: They cleaned my entire house and didnt miss an inch in the process. I came home from work to a house that hasnt been this clean in years. All the furniture had been moved. All the floors were spotless. They cleaned appliances and cabinet fronts. They cleaned 2 1/2 baths and took up the rugs to clean underneath. There was a team of four workers and Brenda, the owner was not only charming but very accommodating. She showed up on site to make sure everything was top notch. I would definitely recommend them and certainly would hire them again.

Description of Work: Cleaners did what they called a "move out" : empty house in need of complete cleaning. They cleaned the walls, the ceilings, the floors, the bathrooms and the kitchen (all appliances and fixtures).

Description of Work: In October, I contacted Brenda for an estimate to clean my mom's house. She came to the house one evening for the estimate and returned 2 weeks later for the initial cleaning. There was more work to be done than initially thought, so Brenda returned the next day to finish up -- for an additional fee that we were agreeable to. Dusting and cleaning is even done with a toothbrush! Walls and doors have been washed (with smoke buildup on them), vaccuming, general housecleaning chores.

Description of Work: I called three house cleaning services around August 30, 2011. I was looking for a service to clean my house before 9/11/2011 when I was expecting company as well as a regular house cleaning service. All three providers responded promptly. That was the week of Hurricane Irene. I had trouble with my phone and all the services had trouble reaching me. I spoke directly with two of the three (I played phone tag with the third provider and never did connect with the person). I set up set up a visit to my house for Monday Sept. 5 for the two services, Royalty cleaning and The Cleaning Person. Both contacted me when they couldn't make the appointments as a result of the effects of tropical storm Lee. Both were very apologetic and provided explanations of their situations. Of course the situations were completely understandable. I explained that I still needed the house cleaned before 9/11 and said that if that were not possible to let me know. Both assured they could get the job done. Both services came to give me an estimate on Tuesday Sept. 6. Both were the owners of their respective companies. Both were very professional, thorough, personable and detailed. The estimates for the first cleaning were different by about $150. The on-going housecleaning (for every two weeks) were different by about $20. Royalty Cleaning could bring a crew in the next day (Wednesday 9/7) to clean. The other services could provide a person on Saturday 9/10. I decided to go with Royalty cleaners who would bring in the crew (this service was at the lower first visit cleaning but a little higher for the bi-weekly visits). I made the decision based partly on cost but also liked the idea of a cleaning crew which significantly reduced the cleaning time.
