Brenda was friendly when she came over to give me a quote. She was very detailed about what they do so I knew what to expect. There were a few things overlooked the first time they were here. I contacted Brenda and she responded right away. The cleaners came back to redo my floor and did some extra cleaning while they wrote here. It looked great when they left.

They did an okay job, and they were less expensive than others I'd priced out. But many details were skipped, and many times I was left feeling like I could have cleaned better in the same amount of time.

They do a good job of cleaning and are timely and professional. Trustworthy.

They have always been very professional. Very quick and meticulous cleaning. I would definitely recommend them for house cleaning.

Royalty cleaning was great. We live out in Galway, which is quite far. It's very difficult to get a cleaning service out here. Until this year, they were punctual, fast and left my home clean and dust free. I trusted them implicitly. The owner, Brenda, is extremely communicative and very nice. 5-7 women descend on you like an organized tornado and whip your house into shape. They do not do dishes or laundry (although maybe that's a service you can add- I'm not sure) and you don't actually need to be there. By 2015 they were so tightly scheduled that getting them way out here was really impacting the quality they were able to deliver. There just wasn't enough time for them to drive so far, be superwomen and get to their other appointments on time. Most of their clientele includes Schenectady, Troy, Cohoes, Albany, etc., so it was better for them to not waste their time coming out here. I will miss them though. If you live directly in Albany, Schenectady and Troy, I highly recommend this service.

I have been using Royalty for a couple of years. I had used a couple of other companies in the past but their service diminished over time so I decided to give Royalty a try. For the first 6 months they did a great job and then, just like everyone else, the quality of the cleaning was suspect. Details stopped getting done, thoroughness was not there and I had to call to complain a couple of times of poor work. The owner, Brenda, was always pleasant and apologetic and made sure that the issues were corrected but the work would not sustain itself over time. I have thought about changing companies again but based on my previous experience I think they all start out great and then become mediocre. Royal is no better or worse than any other cleaning company but the owner is a good person who does react to poor situations quickly.

They did a marvelous job. I plan to use them again. They are very trustworthy and efficient.

Brenda and her daughter Crystal are great! They arrive with 4-5 employees and thoroughly clean the house from any where between 1- 1 1/2 hrs. They are very organized. Have been using them for over a year now.

He was not able to get thatcher thru gate. Cleaned out deead grass.

I was thrilled after the first cleaning and remain very pleased with their work. They take care of some details (removing and washing stovetop control knobs, wiping down inside of microwave, etc.) that I would likely not get to myself on any regular basis. I was a little skeptical of the team approach, but after seeing them in action, I am a believer. They bring in all their own equipment and cleaning supplies, perfectly suited to the job...step stool, backpack vacuums, etc. They are very reliable (arriving at the same time each week) and in a year have not missed or rescheduled a single cleaning. We both work and so are not home while they are cleaning, but I feel very comfortable with them in our house.

So far I have called 3 times for house cleaning services. The first time was week before Easter. I called on Monday and never received a return call, so I called on Wednesday and was told that they are too busy and don't have any opening, she told me to call back in April. I called on Monday of this week and as of today I have never received a return call. As a long time business owner, I cannot recommend someone who fails to return calls and then when you do reach them tells you to call back in a month as opposed to taking the time at that moment to schedule for a month out in advance. Very disappointed in how I have been treated.

Brenda is unbelievable! She interviewed very politely and professionally. There were 4 people that came and their productivity was outstanding. Brenda had just had surgery and had a crutch with her. She was still walking around with her check-list making sure everything was done. It was a friendly situation and felt very comfortable with them in my home. I can't get over how great they were. Punctuality is very important to me and their response time was right on the button. It's really amazing what a good job they did from start to finish.

Love Royalty Cleaning. Brenda and staff are efficent and pleasant. After receiving my 1st cleaning I now have been using Royalty cleaning on a regular basis. Definely recommend.

We're almost moved out of our current home and it needed a good cleaning before we put it on the market. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend Royalty Cleaning anytime.

They are absolutely outstanding. There are 4 women that come in and they are done in 1 1/2 hours. It is wonderful. They are reliable and friendly. They do an outstanding job. They are wonderful women to work with. I am so impressed with the whole thing. They are run very well. I will absolutely continue to use them and I recommend them to my friends.

They were able to come on short notice as well as change the date on short notice for coming. They are good. I would continue to use them.

It was good in the beginning and then it got bad. The service since has improved.

Overall they did a nice job cleaning. When I came home to inspect the job after the cleaning team had left, it was neat, and all areas were clean and tidy. Only suggestions would be: Do get in writing details of the job and services to be performed as there was some question the day of the job as to what was agreed upon when given the quote. Also there was some question as to the original quote on the day of service as the owner did not have the quote with her when the team arrived to clean. Wasn't told that tax was needed to be added to the cost of the job, so check was made out for incorrect amount of money.

The owner is Brenda Barcomb, and I can only tell you good things about her service, which is excellent.
