The Princes responded very quickly to my call. The job was done promptly and professionally. I liked the fact that Mr Prince used "green" cleaning materials. He even gave me booties to use before the carpet dried. I would highly recommend him.

The price was very reasonable. He cleaned two sets of stairs and the carpeting in big rooms. He is so well-liked that his advertising is by word-of-mouth only. I would highly recommend him.

I first place a phone call asking for an estimate, and I booked the appointment at the same time. They fit our job into their tight schedule, based on us wanting to get the carpets cleaned before my mother's release from the hospital. The owner himself drove to our location in another town, about 50 miles away. He spent several hours cleaning the carpets in very hot summer conditions, and the carpets looked brand-new when he was finished. He did not raise his rates, even though he spent a lot more time on the carpets than was estimated. I am in the property management field in another state, and I must say that I was very impressed with not only the quality of the work, but with the entire experience from beginning to end, including the (in my professional opinion) very reasonable costs, which included two hours total of driving. We will definitely be using this company again in the future, and will recommend them highly to our friends and family.

Carpets looked greta when done. Minimal interruption.

As always he did a great job. I feel compelled to write this report because I have a one year old daughter and I am always worried about chemicals and such. But Tom doesn't use any chemicals, he is all "green". In talking with him, he apparently went "green" before that was even a term twenty some odd years ago. Our house smelled good afterward and obviously there was no chemical smell. He was responsive and very reasonably priced (and it doesn't hurt that he is a really nice guy). I definitely recommend him to anyone

I chose Prince Carpet Care because they do not use toxic chemicals for carpet cleaning. My experience with Tom (the owner and worker) was great from start to finish. I had some old, set-in stains in my wall-to-wall carpeting that I had had no luck in removing myself. He got them all out, and my carpets look brand new. His price was more than reasonable for the area he covered, in my opinion. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. I would definitely hire him again.

Tom is just amazing, I think all the reveiws and his reputation speak for themselves, but I am more than pleased with everything he has done for us. He moves the furnitur (which is unusual) and moves it back (which is even more unusual) and he cleans without using chemicals, which is a big A+ in my book, He even cleaned the upholstry in my car and did a fantastic job. I will, and always do, recommend him.

After reading 3 great reviews I called. I got a callback the next day and they were able to schedule me within a few days. Tom (owner) is very nice, punctual, did a great job and was very careful to place everything back to where it was (moved furniture). I will definitely be using him again!!

Awesome! Because we are having a baby, we needed a carpet company that does "green" cleaning. When we found out that Prince Carpet care has done that for 30 years (before it was called "green") we knew we wanted him to do the work. It was really great too! He worked around our home, was clean and professional, the carpets are cleaner then they ever have been, and he is a really nice guy. We highly reccomend this company!

THE GUY WAS TERRIFIC. HE DOES A GREAT JOB WITH THE CLEANING. HE DOES IT AT A REASONABLE PRICE. HE DOES IT PROMPTLY. THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME. IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON ALL OF MY ROOMS THAT NEEDED IT AND THEY ALL LOOK GREAT.
