First, Mr. Prince is very professional, courteous and thoughtful. I had an easy time getting in touch with them to schedule, and he was right on time. Second, they use only pet-safe, child-safe, environmentally friendly products. Third, there were multiple spots on the carpets and the staircase was definitely dingy reflective of all the traffic. All of the carpets look like new!!! There is not a spot to be found on any of them. I would HIGHLY recommend Prince Carpet Care and will use them again myself!

I was so impressed with every aspect of Tom's company...from the initial call with Tom's charming wife to make the appointment to the wonderful work completed by Tom. Tom really cares abouat his profession and did a fabulous job. The carpeting had a stains that I had tried unsuccessfully to remove. Actually, I had made them worse! The area rug is several years old and the colors had muted or so I thought. The carpeting is now spotless and the area rug looks wonderful. Everything was completed perfectly, the furniture was moved and relpaced with great care and the rugs dried quickly as promised I would most surely recommend Tom and plan to use his service again!

Our carpet had some stains that I could not get out myself. I called Prince Carpet Cleaners and it looks beautiful again. I am so pleased and will use them again in the future.

The carpet in the family room is at least 10 years old and very worn out. He cleaned and brushed up the fibers so that it almost looks like new! The carpet smells great, and he doesn't use any harsh chemicals. Safe for children and pets immediately after cleaning. Price was very reasonable and less than quotes I received from competitors. I will definitely use him again next year.

My phone call was returned promptly, Mr. Prince came at the appointed time and told me approximately how long the job would take. My rugs are very light colored and I have animals. I was amazed how many stains he was able to remove. He puts little plastic sheets or foam cushions under all legs to prevent possible rust stains. I have used Prince Carpet service for 20+ years and have never been disappointed with the results. This is a family run small business. I feel very comfortable leaving him in my home alone.

He was fantastic. I plan on having him come back again - probably up to three times a year. Highly recommend!

I was given a quote $20 higher over the phone. When they got here he said it would be $20 less because they thought I also had an area rug to clean. Honest. I didn't know. He could have charged me the quoted price. My carpet had a wear line in front of the sofa. I didn't expect cleaning to remove that. He got another brush from the van and tried that. My carpet looks new! Punctual, professional, honest and good quality work! I will use them again. I wish they did ceramic tile!

The Lady went to the extra effort to make sure she contacted me about the revised estimate on the extra rooms. Great price for the service. Tom was there 10 minutes early. Made sure that the door entry way was protected from heat loss while the door had to be partially opened. I highly recommend this service.

I initially contacted Prince Carpet Cleaning to contract for furniture cleaning services. Debbie Prince was able to help me assess that their method of cleaning would not work for the one set of couches due to the material rating and gave me a reference to someone who would. I was unable to locate the material rating code on the second set of couches and so an appointment was made for Tom to come and clean. When he arrived, much to my chagrin, he quickly found the code I couldn't and ascertained that the couch was not rated. He gave me the option of having him clean it but was very clear about the risks involved. I opted not to use his services at that time BUT WAS SO IMPRESSED with his knowledge, honesty and responsiveness that I talked with him about carpet cleaning. I had decided that since I had not been cleaning my carpets that I needed new - but with his level of professionalism and knowledge, I decided to hire him for the carpet cleaning service. A new appointment was made and he called to confirm I was ready for him and came and did the job The carpet came out better than I had any expectation (given the age 20 years + the fact that it had not been done ....). I decided spending the $160 on his services every 6 months to keep it this way will get me through a few more years with this carpeting and save me the expense of replacing. Highly recommend!

Tom was great. Professional, courteous, and right on time (even a bit early in fact). Price was even a hundred dollars less than the other person that we inquired with. Gave me tips on how to self-clean the dining room chair if it happened again in fact. Would definitely use his services again!

I have him clean our carpets every six months or so. I post a review every time because each time I am impressed. It's hard to find a company like them (and even harder to find a person like Tom). Really great, highly recommend them

Mr. Prince showed up early after calling to ensure I would be home. He did an excellent job on both the couch and carpet. The amount charged was actually less than the original estimate. I was very pleased with the service provided and would call Mr. Prince again.

Tom was excellent! He was punctual, professional, explained what he was going to do, used green cleaning materials, a big plus for pet owners, and practically restored the carpets (10 years old ) to like new condition. he finished in about 2.5 hours.

Excellent !!!!! Tom the owner arrived on time and was able to get these off white carpets looking new again. We had just purchased our new home 3 weeks prior so he was the last of contractors to be here. Will call him once a year for a preventative maintainance on our carpets.

Had some pet stains that I was concerned about, but Tom got them out no problem. Floors look great! Would definitely call them again in the future.

I have used a number of cleaning services, and they are far and away the greatest I have ever used. They are so nice, I am completely comfortable having them in my home, and they do amazing work. Everybody I have ever spoken to about them says the same thing. I found them to be very affordable, a great value, and great people also. I am also very happy with the products they use. There is no odor and they use environmentally friendly cleaning agents which is great because I do not have to worry about my cat on the newly cleaned carpet. I would give them ALL A+s if I could.
