Description of Work: Jeff's crew removed snow from two flat roofs. The crew worked incredibly h****** one of the coldest days of the year. It was so cold, I was stunned that they showed at all. When they arrived, each of the men introduced themselves to me and with amazing good humor went about their work assignment. They were fast, efficient, careful and thorough. They carefully removed large icicles hanging from the roof as a courtesy gesture. They shoveled the snow off the roof and then again if any of it fell on the driveway or walkway. Again, it was terribly cold but the crew was exceptionally warm and good natured. Jeff followed up after the crew left and was as pleasant as they were. This was as good as it gets - job well done under the duress of extreme cold for exactly the amount agreed upon.
