Description of Work: I had requested a house call based on bees hanging around the porch. Over the phone, he diagnosed that they were docile ground bees that would disappear in a few weeks. They did. I have used him twice to come to the house (bees once and mice another time) and twice he has saved me a house call by talking to me over the phone. This guy is great; this is the kind of service that rarely occurs anymore.

Description of Work: Barry is wonderful. He really knows his stuff. He is professional, efficient, and charges fair prices. We have him come annually to spray for carpenter ants. This comes with a warranty, so he came and re-sprayed for free after I had seen three ants. He also left us a couple of mouse traps for free; then we had him come back this Fall to re-bait the bait boxes. We are very happy with his service!

Description of Work: Identified type of bee in duct. Treated nest with two kinds of chemicals for different conditions and purposes. Identified nest into interior wall and treated the area with minimal size holes which were filled immediately with |spackle. I was given info sheets about chemicals used and a guarantee of service was given. Owner returned call within a couple of hours and was able to come the next day. Even called to see if he could come a bit earlier. Answered all of my questions and was professional in every way.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate and see what services they could offer for my issue and was told that they don't go to certain parts in Albany because they might receive a parking ticket. So, basically they turned down work because they are afraid of being ticketed? What happened to reading parking signs? This makes no sense to me. You lost a potential customer.

Description of Work: Called Barry on Tuesday afternoon about wasps on my back deck. He scheduled me for Wednesday morning. He showed up on time and was extremely professional and quick. He took care of the wasps and also checked the walls to make sure they weren't nesting in the siding. He was great and quick. No more Wasp problem, and he guaranteed the work.

Description of Work: Barry personally responded to our initial contact very quickly. We set up a time for service. He said he might arrive earlier, but he would call ahead. That is what happened. We were appreciative of his communication with us. He exterminated a nest of yellow jackets from inside our aluminum siding (second story). He gave us a copy of the chemicals he used, and he explained what he would be doing and what we were to expect after he was done. He was professional and personable. His price was very reasonable and he gave us a 10% discount for being an Angie's list member. And, best of all, no more bees!

Description of Work: Barry came to deal with mice in my house. He used copper mesh to block likely entry points outside and put bait holders in the basement, attic and garage. It is a little hard to judge the results because the ideal is the absence of mice but he inspired confidence with his obvious expertise.
