Our job was completed on time, with total removal of the colony. Service was proffessional and included inspection of interior locations for possible infestations inside the house. Once again, very professional experience.

I discovered that yellow jackets had built a nest far underneath my house. The area was further blocked by a deck so it was it was not possible to safely and affectively spray the nest myself. After reviewing Angie's List, I called Home Town Pest Management. My call was promptly answered, the nature of the problem was explained, and an appointment was scheduled. The representative from Home Town Pest arrived exactly on time. He assessed the situation and quickly and professionally resolved the problem. It has been 5 days and I have seen no further yellow jacket activity. He provided paperwork on the chemicals used along with a two month warranty. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend him to others.

It went very well. He was professional (gave us papers on the chemicals used), careful about not tracking anything into the house and very pleasant to deal with.

Everything from initial call to the service completed, just now, went very well. He called back right away on a weekend morning and scheduled the first available appointment, arrived on schedule and was highly professional in the work. I definitely would use him again.

I wanted to use a local company and so I went with Home Town Pest Management. Barry came out at the agreed time and inspected my home. Turns out it wasn't carpenter ants and he told that store bought products would eliminate my problem of the black ants getting into my window. He spent 30 min or so checking out my property and answering all my questions and concerns. I couldn't have asked for more. Barry and his wife were very professional and I would recommend this company.

It went very well. No problem whatsover. He was a very friendly guy and very informative as well.

My wife and I discovered some mouse droppings in our kitchen. I called Barry and he showed up the next morning. Barry was very friendly and professional. He took his time looking around to find out just how big of a problem we have. He placed baits in the basement, attic, and kitchen. After he was done with the inside he walked around the house plugging any opening he found with a copper mesh. It's been almost two weeks and we haven't seen any signs of the mouse since then (as promised). Thanks Barry, it was great dealing with you.

I knew from a recent home inspection that there were mice in my attic and basement. As the weather got colder, I heard an increase in the pitter-patter of little feet in the attic, and I knew it was time to call someone to get rid of the mice. I chose Home Town Pest Mgmt based on Angie's List reviews. Barry was able to fit me in quickly; he came out the next day. Barry was on time, professional, and friendly. He explained the type of bait he was using and told me that I could expect results within 7-10 days. He also answered questions about the mouse traps that I had bought on my own. He used approximately 12 bait containers throughout the basement and attic. Then, he inserted copper mesh in several openings at the exterior corners of the house and inside the garage to plug possible entry ways. Barry was much more thorough than I expected! I mentioned the 10% Angie's List coupon during my initial phone call, and I didn't have to remind him to apply it to the bill when he was done. As Barry said, the noise in the attic stopped in about a week. I couldn't be more pleased!!

I can’t say enough good things about them. What they did was effective. Their pricing was very good. He was very prompt, friendly, and efficient.

Barry answered his own phone, which I really like. I explained the problem and he gave me an estimate over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for several days later. He was prompt, courteous, and meticulous in picking up any and all debris. He carefully explained what he was doing to get rid of the carpenter ants, and encouraged me to call should I see any evidence of their reappearance. He told me that he guarantees his work for four months, and he also took the 10% off Angie's List coupon. Home Town Pest was absolutely fantastic. Response time was great. Barry showed up on time, the price was great and friendly. I have used other pest control companies in the past, but this was the best experience I have had. If I have any pest problems in the future I will call them. I highly recommend them.

Barry provided an estimate over the phone based on the information I provided. When he arrived he confirmed the price. Arrived as scheduled, clearly explained what he would do, answered all my questions, and worked professionally. I had gotten three estimates, and Barry's price was half the cost of one of the other estimates. I was very pleased with his service, manner, and price. When I need service again I will call him again.

I called Hometown and an appointment was set up quickly. Barry would have come on a Saturday, but we waited until Monday. He arrived on time, examined the house and rotted wood and found no reason to treat the house. He spent at least 30-40 minutes explaining what to look for and educating me on carpenter ants. He refused any payment and displayed a very high degree of integrity in not taking advantage of a anxious customer. Highly recommended

We were beginning to have quite a big mouse problem in the basement, attic, and even inside the house! (I spent 2 nights catching one that was running around in the living room to let loose outside) I called and spoke with the owner, and was very favorably impressed with both the reviews of his work and his professionalism and knowledge. He was extremely helpful on the phone, and gave me accurate information. Based on all of this, we decided to hire this company to handle our pest control needs. He was able to schedule us the same week, and came exactly on time. He thoroughly checked the entire house, basement, attached garage, fireplace, and attic, and set plenty of baits in all appropriate places. He also gave me an idea of how to make the attached garage more 'mouse-proof', and checked an outside wall hole to confirm that it was not, in this case, any kind of rodent or pest drilled. He also took the time, at my request, to check around the outside of the entire house, to tell us whether we needed to have any type of repair work done to help prevent more mice problems. His manner was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We have had no further issues with mice, just as he told us. He also honored his advertised Angie's List discount coupon. We will definitely hire this company again in the future for all our pest control needs.

Overall I was completely satisfied and felt that Barry gave excellent value for his services. We also received a true "senior citizen discount" as he quoted the price before I asked about the discount. I gave an "A" for responsiveness even though I called on a Friday and he wasn't able to book an appointment until the following Thursday, because it was not an "emergency" situation and he's an independent businessman without a host of employees, so the response time was within reason. I like dealing with small businesses, particularly those which are owner operated because prices are often better, the owner is entirely invested in giving good service and also has the freedom to respond to any inquiry immediately and accurately, without the confusion of middlemen.

Perfect. Scheduled a Saturday morning appointment to make it more convenient for my work schedule. Arrived 5 minutes early ready to work. Put protective slipeprs over his boots to protect the interior of my home. Couldn't recommend this company more.

He is very punctual and friendly. He takes necessary precautions when working and he answers all questions so that I had a good understanding of what he was doing. This is the second time I used this vendor. The first time I had a very large infestation of carpenter ants. I called him a week later and he returned took care of the ants with no additional charge and was happy to do so. I will continue to use this vendor.

Arrived very promptly and explained what would be done and how long it would take (~ 2 hours). Also explained what to expect afterward and supplied all information on products used.Job was very thorough and we have seen no ants since.
