Purchased a Big Deal. Vanessa set up the appointment. In addition, she said Todd could install a new set of rollers for a great price. Todd arrived on time. Very courteous. He did the garage tune-up and said everything was in good shape. Installed new rollers - garage door opens and closes a lot quieter. Everything took about a half an hour. Sent him a message later regarding maintenance I could do to keep the garage door in tip-top shape. He answered promptly and told me items I could lubricate a couple times a year and the type of lubricant to use. Great experience.

Amazing. Original price was quoted at $1350. We wanted a window added, which cost an extra $275. This included the hardware to make our 16 foot wide door look like 2 carriage doors. Work was done within a few hours, the new door is super quiet and super pretty. They took away the old door, rail, etc, and cleaned up the worksite perfectly. The owner came at the end of the day to inspect the job and make sure we were happy with everything.

Great!! This company was very responsive when I had to reschedule my appointment due to a medical emergency. The man who came to do the tuneup was excellent- he worked on an older wooden door that was very heavy and hard to get up and down. After the tuneup and the rollers the door operates much better. I was very pleased with the service and recommend them to all.

It was fine. There were no additional fees. I'm not really sure what difference it made. They came when they said. I was a little surprised that when I called to get the service, I couldn't schedule it sooner. But then I guess they had a lot of people, possibly. The price was average. They were very punctual.

It went very well. I have had them service the other door before--and they installed a new opener on this one after looking into the problem I was having with it. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

One man show with a guy working out of his truck and wife answering the phone caring for a child in the background. You appreciate someone like that especially with how knowledgeable, personable, and professional he was. I purchased a foreclosed home that had a broken garage pulley. He fixed the pulley, cleaned up some parts of door and was gone within in an hour. Compared to other expenses I have had, this was on the cheaper side of things. I hope I won't need him again, but if I do, I know who to call.

I bought a service call for $79. He came and found the bearings on the gear assembly bad. He told me how much it was to replace before he did the work (appx $90). He replaced the assembly and it works fine. This company has always been up front about pricing and has been on time and professional. I will definitely use again if needed.

It's okay but still I wasn't happy with the outcome. I see no improvement. It didn't help me out but it was okay. The noise is there. It didn't cut down on the noise. I still have the noise when I close the garage and when I open it. Lubricating those wheels didn't have much.
