Timely and professional service

I purchased the deal on 6/24 and Todd called messaged on 6/25. All seemed to be okay until Todd never showed up and never called. I messaged on Angie’s List message system multiple times without response. I left two messages, one with a person (Not Todd) and one voicemail. I have not received a call back. I tried to work this out multiple times without luck then tried to return the deal with Angie’s list and they would not honor the return after 30 days. I guess I should have not tried to work things out. I would not recommend Empire Overhead Doors, they should have at least returned my message on voicemail.

Todd arrived early, was well-prepared and worked quickly. There were no issues that popped up, so he provided the service as described in the Angie's List deal. He answered my questions and even offered to replace the light bulb that had blown out in the door opener.

The work was not done. The new rollers did not fit my old door. Todd will contact Angie's List in order to have my $89.00 returned. Richard

There were no problems at all. The garage doors work fine and are much quieter than before. We are very pleased with his work.

I obtained estimates from a couple of companies but decided to use Empire because Todd was so personable and had competitive pricing. He arrived on time and was efficient and courteous. The garage door was replaced within about 2-3 hours. He disposed of the old, damaged garage door for us. It was a pleasure to deal with Todd and his mother (who answers phones and does scheduling).

He was two hours early, but I was very happy about that. He was very professional and did a great job! My garage door is working beautifully. He also gave me some estimates at my request on a new garage door because we are in desperate need of them and wanted the estimates for future reference. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

The contractor arrived on time and did the work that was scheduled. He also pointed out that the pulleys needed to be replaced and suggested the proper lubricant to use to maintain the door.

It went great. Both doors were making some noise and rattling before. They were much quieter and closed better once the maintenance was complete.

Todd was great to work with. He arrived right on time and did the work as expected. The difference in the garage door is amazing. We wondered sometimes if the door would fail as it ground and bumped its way up and down. Now, it runs very smoothly, like a brand new door. We are very pleased and will contact Todd again with any future issues that we have.

He was right on time. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed the pulley and a bolt. It only took him about 15 minutes. He did not charge me.

He arrived and measured the garage doors, explained what would be done and gave me two pamphlets I selected the two I liked with a custom color that had two be special ordered. The doors arrived two weeks later. He removed the old doors and hardware (NOT the door opener - that was fine) and installed the new doors and hardware. They open and close fine, relatively quiet and sit flush with the garage floor - very nice job.

Ted was late but sent an email message to let me know he had confused his assignments. When he took a look at my garage, he noted that the existing hardware was so old it couldn't be replaced. We've agreed to the installation of an entire new door and he will be sure to add the required release in the event of a power failure. He was professional and knowledgeable. We'll see how the door goes.

Todd responded the same day I purchased through Angie's List, and suggested an available date and time. I accepted, and he showed up a little early, which was good. Everything went well, he answered all my questions, and behaved in a very professional manner. He made some alignment adjustments to the track. I was pleased (of course) that he found nothing wrong. I feel confident about the work he performed, and I would certainly hire him again.

Todd arrived on time. He inspected each door and explained what he was going to do. I knew that there would be more expenses because his Angies deal was for one door, but I told him upfront what I wanted done before he came. As he worked he found a couple of more issues that I was not aware of. He showed me what it was and I gave him the go ahead to make the repairs. He is very friendly and has an extensive background in the over head door business. He was quick and professional. I would recommend him to any one who needs garage door work.

This was a deal on Angie's list. I was contacted by Todd Cacuette within 2 hours. I made an appointment with him for the next day. He arrived on schedule and made a thorough inspection of the garage door and it's operation. He found broken springs and problems with the garage opener. After he finished replacing the rollers, I asked him to replace the springs and garage opener. We made an appointment for the next day but he called back to finish the job later in the afternoon. Tod was very cordial and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to purchase any other equipment. The total for the replacement was $340.00. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

SO 90 minutes after the phone call he shows up. Todd was great. He fixed the door no problem. He re-attached the arm of the opener to the garage door safely and securely. He cleaned some of the parts that were sticking and fixed the settings for the garage door opener so that in the future it will be less likely to happen again (apparently from what Todd said the door opener should have shut off automatically when the door did not lift off the ground). Todd did not try to oversell his services, but was happy to give me a quote on a new door for in the future (my husband and I just purchased this house in January...buying a new garage door was not parts of the plans). Todd answered all of my questions about the opener, showed me how to use the manual override and explained his work. Todd even honored his Angie's List coupon. My husband and I will call Todd again in the future for an emergency and to eventually order a new garage door.

Everything went great, from arrival, to installation and explanation of operation. I had already purchased the opener, I just needed someone to install it for me. Todd was very professional and explained everything along the way as far as operation. We are VERY happy with service provided by Empire Overhead Doors.

He came out to measure the garage door the same day I spoke with him. In less than 2 days my new door and opener were installed. He was very professional and honest. He also took the time to make sure I knew how to use the opener then at no charge set up my home link for my vehicle. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends on what a GREAT job Todd did!
