Description of Work: He assessed the condition of my door.and said it was in good condition but he worked on it and replaced the rollers. He gave me some recommendations for further work and offered discounts on some of their services. He provided me with names of businesses that I could contact for some other garage related needs. The owner/service provider was a very personable and helpful person. |I actually have double garage doors and the offer only is for one door although the picture on the Angie's List offer shows a two door garage, so the listing should be amended to clearly state it is for one door.

Description of Work: Todd Caouette from Empire Overhead Doors and Openers arrived on Aug. 25th to service my garage door opener, as per my deal with Angie's List. The garage door that I use most often was in bad shape. I had experienced problems with it not opening, and occasionally had to manually disengage the opener to open the garage door. It was also VERY noisy. |Todd convinced me that installing a new Liftmaster would be the better than trying to fix the old one. |He returned the next day to install the new garage door opener and I am very pleased with how quiet it is and how smoothly it opens and closes. |He was polite and efficient. I would recommend his service.

Description of Work: I ordered the $80 Angie's Special for the maintenance and change of rollers for one garage door. I was having problems with the door as it would reopen when I closed it Todd replaced the rollers and adjusted the door so that it closes properly. | |He also replaced the cable and rollers on the second garage door for an additional $37.80. This seems like a very good price. | |However, three days later, the first garage door was not working. Some of the wires were dangling down and I fixed it myself. | |A month later, a spring came loose from the first garage door. Todd came over and reattached the spring. His service charge for this visit was $75.

Description of Work: Todd originally came out to service our old garage door opener and let us know that the door opener we had was the original opener from when the house was built. As such, the door opener was not safe with having two young kids. Todd installed a new opener and also a keypad. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and it is so quiet. I would definitely recommend Empire Overhead Door.
