Description of Work: Kitchen sink was clogged - relative tried to remedy problem with plunger and snake. Called Drain Away - came within 3 hrs - looked in basement to see how pipes were placed and was able to free the obstruction (with his advanced tools) quickly.

Description of Work: My garbage disposal sounded like a 10 wheeler truck and not one bit of water contained in both kitchen sinks would drain out, I had to pail it out and dump it into my guest bathroom practically 2 hours at length. I made a mess, I called my regular plumber, M&B Plumbing who recommended Rich of Drain Away.....may I also add this happened on Saturday night beginning of the Columbus Day weekend. I called Rich of Drain Away and he was at my door Sunday 2pm. TOTALLY UNHEARD OF IN TODAY'S BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT. He and his assistant checked every pipe line first in the basement and within literally 2-5 mins. he detected that I had a plumbing blockage. He snaked it, reseated the gaskets on the pipes and I was fixed and ready to go. His pricing was well below your big box plumbing companies and put frankly, it was a Holiday weekend, emergency situation and a Sunday,...he could've taken big time advantage of me. No, all he was concerned about was I needed help and he was more than happy to help. Where did this angel with a plunger come from. Well, no hesitation on my part to recommend him and most definitely I'll be a longtime client.
