I made several attempts to unclog the drain myself. I finally called Drain Away and they were there within 30 minutes and Andre was ready to go! He had the clog cleared and my piping back together in about 30 minutes.

I called and the gentleman who came was very quick to show up (within a hour of calling) and did a great job on my sewer line. Their prices were very reasonable! I called two other companies and these guys not only beat their prices (significantly) but where ready to come out ASAP! I cannot be more happy with this company and they will be the ones I will call first going forward.

What is amazing is the response time. We were in need of assistance and we could have easily been told that it was too late in the evening and that we would have to wait until the next day. It was 10:30pm and he arrived at our home to help us out. Extremely professional and compassionate. We will definitely call on them again in the future. We are very grateful and appreciative that there are still companies out there with such a wonderful work ethic. Thank you.

I love Drain away, they a prompt and they get the job done. I have used them before and do not have a bad thing to say. Andrea came today and he was prompt, courteous, and informative.

They responded within an hour of our phone call and came to our home the same evening. It was not an easy task. The serviceman was courteous and completed the job to my satisfaction.

Guy came out looked at all toilets and said toilet not blocked. He suggested since toilet were so old that we replace it. We did and the issue was solved. They prompt,courtesous,and very efficieciant.

The service man, Rick Blanchard, was prompt pleasant, and very professional. He located the trouble promptly, and worked quickly. He checked everything before he left in order to make sure that nothing leaked.

They came here on Sunday to inspect the leak and came back and had to dig up the pipe and installed new pipe and got it running at least we could use the water. Then came back today and got it all cleaned up.

Very quick response, polite and professional. Happy to explain what was going on and how he was fixing it. Nobody is excited to have to get this done, but overall I'm happy with service and effectiveness.

The gentleman that came to unclog the sewer drains was extremely professional and knowledgable. I called a different company first and they never showed. I was so happy when I came across Drain-Away. He was there at the exact time he quoted and was the most friendly plumber I have ever met. Not only does the quality of work matter tremendously to me, but good customer service is huge on my totem pole and let me tell you, this company has all that!!! I'm extremely satisfied with the work and customer service skills. It was nice to be treated like a human being and not just a paycheck. And not only that, the man also gave me many tips on how to keep the sewage drains clean. I will be using this company in the future and am recommending them to everyone that needs a plumber!!! We called on a Sunday. They got back to us promptly, within an hour, to set up an appointment for the next morning. He was on time, professional, and gave us good advice. We would definitely recommend this company to others needing their sewer lines or drains serviced.

Andre came this morning as promised. He knows what he is doing, got right to it, and did a great job. A big plus are his customer service skills. I contacted Drain-Away on a friend's recommendation when one of my toilets wasn't working correctly. The woman I spoke to in the office was very friendly and told me a service man would get to me today and that she would call when he was on his way. About 30 minutes before he arrived, the office called (I believe her name was Laurie) and she said he was on his way. He showed up in a lettered truck and uniform and was very professional. He worked on the toilet for a little while and after discussing what was going on, we decided to replace the whole thing. He went over the cost before he did anymore work and it seemed very reasonable (I provided the toilet - it would have been a higher fee if the company had to go get one). It didn't take too long to have the new toilet in and it works great! He cleaned up after himself and again, was very professional. They take credit card too which is always convenient. I've referred them to several family members and am actually going to be calling them shortly to look at a drainage issue I am having with my bath tub. Thank you, Drain-Away!

They arrived at the approximate time and did all necessary work. They cleared the clog which was under a concrete floor. Tested water flow twice and were done in approximately one hour.
