Description of Work: Dusted, vacuumed/mopped floors, emptied trash, cleaned & scrubbed kitchen/bathrooms, and other jobs as requested. Deb and the Clean Team were very attentive to my needs. I had tried other cleaning services prior to Deb's Way but none compared. I discontinued service because my daughter wanted to do it.

Description of Work: Had trouble getting together on date, but when we did, they arrived promptly and went right to work. Did an outstanding job on my house which REALLY needed a good overhaul - especially the kitchen. They did three areas (some spilled oil on one of the tile floors, dirt around the A/C ceiling outlets, sticky stain on kitchen cabinet liner) at my request and got all problems resolved very nicely. I asked them not to touch two areas - my desk in the office and the dinette table which are both a mess from my extreme dislike of filing and they obliged which must be annoying to them to have to work around. They are quite a team and are well versed in their area of responsibilities. I was totally happy with their workmanship and asked them to come back on a monthly service schedule. Haven't heard back from Deb with a monthly date and price but was told the price now would be considerably lower after the initial cleaning and I feel the service will be worth the price from the example I have been given. I have one complaint, however. When I first talked to Deb I asked if she gave estimates. She said she would instead send a team out to do whatever I needed done at $120 per hour and was sure I would like the results. I should think about it and let her know. On the list she claims she gives estimates. This is not my idea of an estimate. I really needed someone quickly so accepted and fortunately all worked out well, but I do think she should not claim to give "estimates". An estimate of what I paid - $324 would have been acceptable to me as the house needed a lot of help and the team certainly earned their money the hard way. I will look forward to a long and pleasant relationship with Deb and her crew.
