I found them and ordered my Sunesta awning online. The entire process was not only quick and professional but was without out the typical pressure of a sales person. They inspected my seasonal home and made some great recommendations before we settled on the product(all done without my presence). They sent me fabric samples for review with everything being done remotely. Installation was just completed (when promised). I was and am extremely satisfied. Gave us a quote that was within our price range, had colors to choose from, brought back a bigger piece of fabric to look at before committing. Not inexpensive but a top quality awning, easy to do business with the Reynolds Group, just plan ahead as the awning needs to be made to order. Installation was quick and we have been enjoying it since.

They showed up exactly when they were supposed to, and finished the job in a very short time. They installed a retractable awning on our patio and put a small awning over one of our doors. I would hire them again and would rate them a 5 out of !

Our awning arrived before expected date and our install was two weeks earlier than we thought we could hope for. The only possible competitive company said they might get back to us next spring. Fast, easy and clean install. Matt very knowledgeable and helpful with advice and guidance. The Harman pellet stove sooo much better than the box store pellet stoves. Excellent guidance for maintenance. So glad we did made this choice.

The service was outstanding. Selection and design was helpful but not pushy. The installation occurred almost two weeks before the date projected for the installation. Came when they said they would arrive for installation and took about 1 hour to do the installation. I LOVE IT! My deck faces east and my home has a wall of windows on that side. With the installation of this awning, the morning temperature within my house is much reduced. I should have done this years ago. Friends had recommended this business but I had no idea how much difference it would make to my comfort both inside and outside my home. I live on a small lake and the awning does not block the view. I can get heavy winds so the wind sensor it absolutely wonderful. The sensor closes the awning when winds get high where I am home or not. So, so happy.

Matt, the salesman and installer with the Reynold Group was super friendly and knowledgeable. Sue in the office was also very friendly and easy to work with. They put our original awning up 20+ years ago. I never thought of going with any other company.It was a big job, 26 feet long awning, on a very hot day. It was a little pricey, but we are very satisfied with our beautiful new awning.
