We had the Reynolds Group install our first awning some years ago and had such good service that we wanted to go with them again. What a professional, courteous, and helpful group to work with. Quick delivery and installation. Since it's winter we have not yet been able to fully utilize the awning but as of the installation, it seems to be working fine. The color is exactly what I anticipated.

They were pleasant to deal with and the new awning arrived when they said it would...Best of all even though they were annoyed when I asked them to replace the awning without disturbing the nesting sparrows in the bracket, they didn't disturb the sparrows and awning and sparrows are both doing fine...I really appreciated that!! A nice company to do business with!!

The project was completed on time and looks great! A return trip was needed within one week to tighten loose screws on the motor that was causing the awning to move in and out erratically using the remote control. The screws had been factory pre-set. The repair was promptly addressed and tightening the screws appears to have resolved the issue.
