Fantastic, responsive to my questions and needs, and the rugs look fabulous.

Nice and knowledgable on the phone. I felt confident they knew what they were doing with hand woven rugs. Their ultimate appraisals, provided that they are familiar with the Oriental rug market. Pick-up and drop off were efficient. Only minor concern was the scheduling. I understand that the nature of the rug cleaning means they cannot give an exact date. However I did not like that we had to initiate contact to find out when our rugs could be delivered, especially since we had a strcit deadline we had communicated to them at the time of pick-up. Cleaning and drying took about 3.5 weeks.

Cyrus was a huge help finding the right carpeting for us. We wanted all-wool carpeting and wool-felt padding, and I was especially concerned with eliminating any man-made materials or chemical adhesives. I was even looking for wool in natural colors as they come from the sheep -- i.e., no dyes. Even with those limitations, Cyrus could offer me choices on both wool carpeting and wool-felt padding -- and an enjoyable buying experience. He and his crew worked around some unavoidable delays and complications that I threw at them, and provided a fast, impeccable and gracious installation. I wholeheartedly recommend Fovama Rugs and Carpeting.

Excellent interaction. I brought the rugs in myself. The Fovama gentleman was very knowledgeable, and personable. In addition to cleaning my rugs, he identified the pattern, confirmed that they were handmade and showed me how to tell the difference between handmade and machine made. Rug cleaning was completed on time, as promised, and the rugs look great.

Cyrus, the owner, was very helpful when I went to store to buy carpeting for my sister's apartment in Manhattan. When I explained my needs, he showed me exact samples of what would work. He was sensitive to my price range and didn't try to trade me up. After I picked out the carpet, he found out it was discontinued and substituted a similiar better quality carpet at the same price. There were specific needs for installing the carpet and Cyrus and his son were very sensitive to my needs. They always emailed with any updates and returned phone calls right away. I felt I had a real partner in Cyrus to get the carpeting installed. There were many weather delays and he was patient when I asked to delay installation 2 times. I would highly recommend Cyrus for his carpeting knowledge and his wonderful customer service. A really nice, sincere man.

The provider took time to explain what needed to be done in a way we could understand and approve. The service was courteous and professional.

I purchased a big deal for this service and they did a great job. It was great and they were wonderful. I liked the service. They were very responsive when they came. They picked it up, dropped it off and wrapped it. It was very well done. Their price was great.

It seemed to turn out fine.? They're very nice. Maybe a little more cost than the deal due to it was damaged but not a lot.? My husband liked it.? My husband didn't want to spend a lot of money,? It's an old rug, It's his rug.? They took it back and they were going to deliver it but then my husband told them to store it due to we're moving so they kept it.? Haven't seen the rug since the repair due to our move and we haven't brought it back out to use.

When I read the special, thought I could get at least one of my oriental rugs clean for that price, but after talking on the phone with the company, found out that it would cost a lot more, than the price I saw was for a discount on there services. I found a local place that will clean the rugs at a much lower price. Thank you.

I sent out the rug quite late but they were still willing to clean it at no additional cost. It was very generous of them. They were very polite, kind, accommodating and they did a very good job.

They picked up the rug, they came back with an estimate for $875 for 2 8x11 rugs. Previously, I have spent $400 getting them both cleaned. This seems like an outrageous estimate! They could not have been nicer people, but I refuse to pay that price.

My rug was dirty and had a stain. The stain was not there to begin with. He keeps trying to say that it was already there and it wasnt.

We dropped the rug off and it the work was completed in about a week. There were no additional costs beyond the cost of the deal. He did a good job and he is very knowledgeable. We were happy with the service he provided and we even purchased a customized oriental runner for our stairs from him. Everything worked out fine!

Extremely satisfied. In addition to the fine quality of the work, the very friendly, professional welcome to their store was appreciated. We will definitely use them for any future rug or carpet work.

I spoke to someone named Lucas and communication was ok initially. Then I received a message that I could get the work done for a bit more money than I had already paid. I thought we had a date established, but they never showed up. I believe that maybe it was a bigger job then they wanted to do. At this point I will be getting a refund.

It went well. They were helpful in removing and replacing the rugs. They did the work in a timely manner. The only thing that bothered us a little was that one of the rugs came back looking a little bleached. Other than that, both were noticeably cleaner than before. That rug that looked a little bleached had been washed once previously, and the other one hadn't, so perhaps that accounted for the difference, though they both started the same color? Overal I would recommend Fovama. We only used them because it was a special deal from Angie's List and we needed the rugs cleaned, so the price above reflects what we paid additionally, over the price of the Angie's List deal. That deal gave us $200 worth of rug cleaning for about half the price. So in reality the two rugs would have cost about $450 to clean.

He came to do it himself at our home. Other providers insisted on taking our rugs to their workshops, and the expense and inconvenience would have been horrible.
