For the second time, I had an oriental rug cleaned at Fovama. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to "read" my rug to determine its origin and necessary care. The work was done well, and on the schedule that he proposed. I would certainly use Fovama again.

The guys were very attentive and made good suggestions about the repair and ongoing maintenance of the rug, adding fringe to prevent further unraveling. The carpet looks great.

The installers finished 3 bedrooms in 1 day, and did a terrific job , also removed the carpeting in the rooms.

They did a great job, and it was a pleasure to deal with Cyrus and the men who came out to take and deliver the rugs. In one case, I thought I would have to have a part of the rug rewoven, but their cleaning did the trick and it now looks perfect. They kept one rug behind for a second washing because they were not initially pleased themselves with how that one came out. I appreciate the quality control. I have more rugs to clean, and I will call them again. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful...and when the carpet was on back order, Cyrus called and left lovely messages. He cared about what was going on. The quality was excellent and his work and the installation personnel were professional and helpful.

Cyrus and his crew were the best. We went to 4-5 different stores and compared prices, shopped around. Happened by his store having never heard of it and decided to check it out. Within 10 minutes Cyrus had priced out all of the other stores, showed us some wonderful alternative options. His knowledge of the different options and what would work best was great, but above all he was honest and reiterated some of the feedback we'd read on some of the carpets, whereas the other salesmen were pushing those and saying the reviews weren't true to get a sale.

Everything from ordering, scheduling and installing was as easy as possible. Fovama installers, Cesar & Eldar moved furniture and worked non-stop and did a great job. They left with the room looking spectacular.

Excellent! I have a few rather valuable oriental carpets and they oocassionally need professional cleaning. I am not presently interested in buying a new carpet. They did a splendid job on cleaning my carpet. Could not have been more pleased. They are also quite knowledgable and friendly in fact very computer savey. The can quickly tell you the approximate location where your carpet was manufactured and show it to you on the screen. I would not hestitate to go there if you are interested in buying or cleaning a carpet. Alsoconsider the aspect of buying locally.

overall, a very positive experience. I visited the store and spoke with Cyrus twice before deciding. He confirmed by decision to go with wool carpeting. He had samples on sale that were significantly marked down, but nothing that we cared for. We compromised and picked a mid level grade wool carpet. The high end carpet was so luxurious and soft, and was priced accordingly high. We finally decided on the third visit. Cyrus was very patient and helpful.

They fixed the hole and my carpet looks like new. The two men that came to pick up and deliver the carpet were very nice and helpful.

Fovama did a great job in cleaning my very soiled handmade Turkish rug. They even managed to remove the pet stains and now it looks like a brand new rug. They also gave me a few tips on how to prolong the life of my rug. I am very pleased with the results.

Beautiful repair craftsmanship on 100-150 year old family heirloom rug (approx. 9x6). Re-wove material into 3 tears in middle of rug, added binding all sides, re-wove frayed edges in several places. Great job. Frayed edge were all cleaned up and repaired. Looks like new. Couldn't get one dark area out, but he pointed that out. Would use again.

We visited Fovama on a Saturday morning and had the pleasure of dealing with Cyrus. We were looking for a rug of a room where we were currently having the furniture reupholstered so we were hoping that if we found something that we liked it could be installed quickly. We found a great all wool carpet for the small room and at a good price. Due to a cancellation they were able to come and install it the next day (Sunday). The installer Cesar was also a pleasure and did a terrific job removing all the old carpet and installing the new. We could not have been happier. We are sure that we will do business with Fovama again!

This was an Angie's List deal for a stair runner. I visited the showroom and looked through the options, and made a decision quickly. The runner is high quality and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating of schedule. They called a day before to remind me of the appointment, and installed on a Saturday. I have since contacted them to price a matching rug for my foyer. Nice selection, very easy to work with, good service!
