Description of Work: Very responsive and professional. Carpet was heavily stained. Anyone who has a dog knows....accidents happen. They were able to get most stains out. Would gladly use again.

Description of Work: Fovama Oriental Rugs cleaned two small extremely dirty rugs (about 50 square feet). They did a very good job in cleaning both rugs and were very punctual in pickup up and returning them.

They could not have been more helpful or gracious, even giving me advice on replacement for part of the parquet floor underneath.. I plan to make my next purchase through Fovama.

Description of Work: AAA all the way from start to finish. Picked up rug. Sent photographs of rug accepted. Rug was cleaned, and repaired- fringe on one end of rug and small tear. Returned in beautiful condition and brought back early. Total of 9 days. Highly recommend this company. 6x9 hand knotted rug.

Description of Work: My husband & I had our wall-to-wall carpet removed and the hardwoods underneath refinished in September, then started looking for an area rug for the living room. We found a design we liked at a local carpet store (Portland, Oregon), but it was the wrong size--and the design had been discontinued. We got the names of every dealer for that brand in Oregon & Washington, hoping to find it more-or-less locally. None of them had it. We called the manufacturer--none left in their stock. We started looking online. 3 web sites claimed to have it in stock, but after we placed an order, all 3 reported it discontinued. I began phoning carpet websites, to avoid the frustration of believing the carpet ordered, then being disappointed. When I found Fovama's website & called them, I spoke to Cyrus, who didn't claim to have it in stock, but said he'd see what he could do & get back to me next week. To my great surprise & delight, Cyrus called back a few days later (at 7am Pacific time!) to say he'd found our rug!! His price was exactly the same as others had been, & shipping (clear across the country!) was free! We held our breath until the right rug, in the right size, arrived the following week. Cyrus truly went the extra mile to find this rug for us. He is THE MAN when it comes to finding a rug you'll love!

Description of Work: Although I went there to buy a rug, I ended up purchasing carpet. It is hard to tell if I got a fair price but they were genuinely helpful and took their time explaining the options to me. I guess that my wife loving the carpet and the experience overcame any questions I might have had about the price. Installation was great. I would recommend them to friends.
