The team came to my house and gave a detailed education on the way the cesspool and overflow tanks operate. They neatly pulled up my grass and replaced it as if nothing happened. Very professional, efficient, and recommended the work that was needed. Nothing more. Highly recommend.

Joe came to the site which I thought was a full cesspool. He could've dug it up pumped it and told me, but he recognized that it was possibly a clog a much less expensive operation. Joe is awesome! Septic tanks are new to us and Joe was able to answer all our questions we had. We purchased our home about 4 years ago and never had the tank checked. Joe was able to find where the tanks were but luckily didnt need to be pumped out and installed a cap for future pumps. Will definitely use Honest Cesspool in the future and recommend to everyone!

I’ve been having the cesspool pumped twice a year. Joe says just aerate and I’ll get years out of it. Cess pool was empty when he left without pumping it. Time will tell but it seems he’s right. Nice guy. I’d recommend.

The Honest cesspool Co was here within a very short period of time after calling. We didn’t know the location of our cesspool but Joe was able to find it and clear it out in a short period of time. He also added an extension to make locating and getting to it much easier for future treatments. The fee was incredibly reasonable and service was top notch. I called and spoke to Joe at Honest Cesspool to get advice on my cesspool issue. I asked Joe a couple of questions and he was very forthcoming about what we could do. Joe offered to come by and take a look. He said it would be him or Troy. That evening Troy and Mike showed up. They inspected the situation and before doing any work discussed it with us and was very informative about what charges that may arise and what treatments they could do. After numerous attempts to fix the issue. They were successful and gave us advice and aftercare techniques to help better our situation. Everyone was very respectful. They were great. I would highly recommend.
