I got in touch with Joe, who immediately scheduled an appointment. On the day of, Joe texted me to alert me he was on his way and arrived earlier than the time discussed. Being a newbie to septic systems, Joe took the time to explain how the system worked, review its condition and provide valuable information to maintain the system moving forward. The team came to my house and gave a detailed education on the way the cesspool and overflow tanks operate. They neatly pulled up my grass and replaced it as if nothing happened. Very professional, efficient, and recommended the work that was needed. Nothing more. Highly recommend.

Joe came to the site which I thought was a full cesspool. He could've dug it up pumped it and told me, but he recognized that it was possibly a clog a much less expensive operation. Joe is awesome! Septic tanks are new to us and Joe was able to answer all our questions we had. We purchased our home about 4 years ago and never had the tank checked. Joe was able to find where the tanks were but luckily didnt need to be pumped out and installed a cap for future pumps. Will definitely use Honest Cesspool in the future and recommend to everyone!
