Description of Work: I had a stove repair by this company. The service technician was punctual and they were available for an appointment in a timely fashion (both plusses), however his professionalism is quite lacking, and I would even go so far as to say he is just plain rude. I believe his is a relative of one of the people who answers the phone too so you have to be careful about directing your complaints. Their fees are high compared to others I have since used and I am not comfortable having this technician in my house again. Furthermore the phone system is lacking. They often don't answer the phone and when this technician calls to confirm the appointment he did so several times before 8am. If I missed his call and called right back with a question about the appointment I could not get through because their phones went straight to voicemail. I am all for using local services for purchasing items as well but I was so put off by this company's handling of a service call, I would not even consider purchasing appliances here.

Description of Work: Replaced a bad circuit. If it happens again, was advised to replace microwave. He was very professional and explained what he did. Very knowledgeable. Would use them again for my appliances. |

Description of Work: We purchased a new SpeedQueen washing machine from the store, and they delivered and installed it.

Description of Work: Needed our ice maker in our freezer replaced - cost was reasonable and service was great!
