I called again and his response was, "I forgot." I gave another chance, scheduled the appointment and he did show up this time. However, now I never received my estimate. I called him again 2 times to get an estimate, and he stated that he would get the estimate to me that evening. Needless to say, this is the 3rd day and I haven't received anything yet. They are unreliable and I would not use this company at all now, because if they keep doing this then they will take your money and disappear."
