I can't rate them, the work was never done. I called and price was too high and went with someone else. Just rated due to receiving messages saying they completed the job.

Project went great. Angelo and his crew did a fantastic job refinishing the hardwood floors. From a punctuality aspect, on time arrival and departure during the entire week long project. never late and always showed up on time. Excellent communication and understanding of the work scope. These guys do this work as a passion first then as a job second. I found Angelo very knowledgeable and extremely honest. He provided the highest quality of work plus was able to meet my budget. Angelo came back twice post project completion check up on the floor and to make sure we are fully satisfied with the work. This guy really care about his work and his business. I would highly recommend Extreme Hardwood and I would hire them again, no questions asked.

The project went beautifully just as planned. The floors had not been refinished in 35 years and showed major signs of wear and tear- deep scratches, stains, discoloring. We used Extreme a year ago to refinish our living room and dining room floors. Angelo did such a beautiful job on those rooms that we didn't hesitate to call him to do the bedrooms. It was necessary to divide the work into 2 phases to enable us to move furniture without having to carry any of these heavy items down a flight of stairs. Angelo had suggested using a satin finish polyurethane instead of the gloss finish which had been on the floors. We are soooo glad that we listened to his recommendation! The floors are gorgeous! The satin finish is so neat and clean, really enhancing the grain of the wood. The floors require a minimum of upkeep and look great! Angelo was careful to cover closets with plastic to prevent dirt prior to working. The rooms were also cleaned after completion. All in all, a terrific job done well! We couldn't be happier!

I met with quite a few floor people and Angelo was the only one to offer us the option of not sanding the entire floor since we really didn't have that much damage. I appreciate his honesty and felt that he was looking out for our best interest and wallet, rather than his own. He wasn't bothered when we asked him to price out several options for us. The pricing was fair and competitive with the other quotes we received. Our floors look great! He even came back to touch up a couple small spots we weren't happy with, that couldn't be detected until it was dry. I would wholeheartedly recommend XTREME to others.

He was rude on the phone. I told him the I called days ago and that I had another company coming tomorrow and he replied with... There's a long list of people waiting and you're not the only client.

I was extremely satisfied with the work. Angelo repaired damage to the floor underneath two radiators. The radiators had been leaking and caused the parquet underneath to rot away. The floor was sanded and sealed then two coats of poly were applied. The floor looks brand-new the difference between the old floor and the refinish floor is amazing. I am very satisfied with the work.

Angelo arrived on time for the estimate, and as we had a very good experience with Xtreme previously we went ahead and made a date. Angelo and crew arrived exactly on time and finished the second coat of poly the following day as promised. Angelo is expert and professional and follows through on everything. When I noticed a small new scratch at the edge of a newel post he ran out to the truck, brought in some stain, and nicely patched the scratch. They did a great job -- we LOVE what they did and how they work!

Angelo and his team did a fantastic job bringing new life to our old, messed up floors! They carefully patched our oak parquet floors and upstairs pine hallway, sanded and sealed them, and put down 2 coats of water-based satin finish and we could not be happier with the results. Angelo and his team took great care to seal off rooms from dust and did a thorough cleaning at the end. They were punctual, communicative, kept to the agreed-upon timeframe and cost, and on top of it all, were truly kind and trustworthy individuals. We are so thrilled we found Xtreme Hardwood Flooring. We will definitely hire them back to sand our upstairs bedrooms next and would recommend them without hesitation for your next project.

Angelo was awesome! From the estimate to the completion of the job he was totally professional. The work was done beautifully and at a reasonable price. Angelo was prompt and finished the job when he said he would. I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of any hardwood floor work. In fact, he is coming back to my house in April for another job. I am 100% satisfied, thanks Angelo!!!

Angelo was fantastic: he was extremely responsive and accommodating, with a great eye for detail. The quality of the work was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent job done on both floors. Kitchen parquet floor was badly water damaged and blackened with many loose pieces. Secured loose pieces, sanded and 2 coats poly. Others were reluctant to tackle job as floor thin due to past sanding but Extreme took it on and did great job. Avoided replacing floor which would have been a nightmare. Rental unit floor was also thin with heavily stained areas but Extreme did great job. After I received the estimate I added some extras when job in progress which I offered to pay for but was not charged. As rental is vacant and was anxious to re rent Extreme found a way to fit job into their busy schedule. Response to my questions via text message was always immediate and they always arrived when scheduled. My experience with tradesman has been that even if the job was done well punctuality and communication was rarely so. I'm sure you know how this goes. Appointment scheduled, arrive hours after agreed upon time or not at all, repeated where are you phone calls to voice mail with no response, next day call with the excuse. Given my experience I have no expectation when an appointment is made for work worker will be punctual and communication effective.. As someone who works and cant afford to wait around when workers show up late or not at all or when I arrange for access and worker is not punctual I was impressed with Extreme's professionalism in this regard.

He did exactly what we had discussed, and the job looked great. I have owned a home for almost 20 years, and have had dozens of contractors over the years, doing every sort of job. Its not just the quality of the work, which of course counts, but that contractors treat you and your home respectfully. Angelo and his crew were polite, took great care to protect my furniture and possessions for the 3 day duration of job, finished on time and had their tools out. highly recommended. Emily
