Description of Work: My dad had their propane service for years. Never had an issue with delivery or service. My dad has moved and his house sold. The staff was very helpful in letting us know what they needed to issue a final bill reading for our closing. Very satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: Used Paraco for 20 years and recently moved. They installed new gas tank and ran lines. Billed us for the $3900, however, now that we are requesting an additional item, Credit Manager, Lil Ackerman, is insisting upon a credit check! We just paid them almost $3900 without one. Doesn't 20 years of loyalty count for anything? Obviously Ackerman is not customer friendly and is extremely inflexible. Searching for a more responsive company.
