He went through our entire house, looked at the electrical box in the basement as well as checking and counting all the outlets in the house. He gave us practical advice and information. He told us he would get back to us with an estimate for switching out the outlets but we have yet to hear from him. We certainly would have used his services if he had bothered to get back to us.

Two professional electricians did the work. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and offered fair pricing. We will call on them to do additional work in the future.

Steve arrived a bit early and we went through the different aspects of the job. He immediately set to work doing the job, which was done in a very efficient and professional way. He was neat and left a clean and neat job site. I would highly recommend him to do home electrical work. In fact, I am going to have him return to do some work inside our home.

Gave a very professional and honest inspection. Advised I needed work done but it did not have to be done immediately as it was not dangerous.

I contacted Dragons Electric via Angie's List on Easter Sunday. The earliest the system would allow an appointment was Tuesday and I was prepared to wait. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Steve on Monday and learned that he could send one of his electricians to our home later that day. The electrician, Jon, arrived on time and was very professional. Jon set to work to solve a circuit issue, which he did. I was planning to add a new circuit from the service panel to the second floor crawl space. Jon explained the the current draw on 4 LED recessed lights is so minimal that that was not necessary and the existing circuit had plenty of current. He did not try to sell me on adding a new circuit for more money. Instead he solved the problem at hand and installed the additional switch. This is level of customer service is rare in the trades today. I will be certain to use them again!

Steve was great. Very professional and thorough. Discovered that my circuit breaker box had several breakers that were double tapped (code violation), which was never brought to my attention when I purchased my home a few years ago. He checked every single outlet in the house.

Steven was on time, did a complete inspection of the panel box and all outlets. Also checked a switch in the bathroom that I had concerns about. Answered all my questions.

Everything went perfectly He gave me a quote for the work, explained it to me, and completed it right on time.

That man was very good. He came right away and did just what we asked. My husband was very pleased and he's very nice. The price was fine.

Replaced that safety socket in the bathroom, that had exploded and flamed out. It took more than 3 hours because a previous provider had wired backwards. It was complicated. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He had responded to my e mail immediately, and made an app't for the next evening. He was on time and ready to work.

It was a short,painless process and I was not pressured to buy future service. I am not familiar with the new devices used to check outlets so I still wonder if mine need to be replaced due to age. I did have arcing in one which could have caused a fire.

I had an emergency situation. I called, and after a phone conversation with a very professional representative, an electrician arrived in a very timely manner. He was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He diagnosed the problem, and it was repaired in a very timely manner. I will use Dragons again, any time I have any electric needs! I highly recommend this company!

My inspection was fine. It would have been better to do in the spring so that he could have access to where the electric comes into the house. M. Daigle made many recommendations, many of which I expected. I will use him in the future to implement most of the suggestions.

They were fine. I like that they did it in the evening and that they showed up on time.

The crew always arrived on time, they were respectful of our home, friendly, and hard working. They communicated exactly it would take to accomplish the work we requested. They explained each thing that they were doing and spent a lot of time in a very cold attic making sure things were wired/rewired properly. Stephen, John, and Sherman were all professional and very easy to communicate with. We are happy to have a provider that we can trust and rely on.

The owner explained the electrical condition of of my 60 year old house. It is up to code as we use no extension cords. The inspection took about an hour and he advised that some of the outlets needed to be grounded. I was satisfied and he gave me an estimated cost of his work + new parts + travel expenses to be done, but not at this time.
