When I requested an estimate. Steve showed up on time . He gave me fair one , he didn’t exaggerate any thing or try selling me services unnecessary . He was accurate and specific on what’s needed . The price was fair for the job . They came in on time next week . Did a great job with changing the whole panel and rewiring the whole thing in just a day . He also put a timer on my pool pump and when I had questions next day , he answered all my questions promptly and even dropped by to make sure everything looks good . He and his team were very nice and very professional and very patient. Took the time explaining and answering all my questions. I recommend them and I’d hire them again.

They were absolutely amazing!!! Not only did the do a wonderful job it was not overinflated in price. They also saw some other safety issues and fixed that for no charge because they believe in keeping everything safe. Truly honorable and amazing and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It went very well. They inspected the breaker box as well as all the light switches and plugs for proper wiring, made suggestions, and sent an itemized list of what it would cost for services.

He wasn't pushy when he gave me the estimate to have the box replacement. He was very nice and professional. He explained the problem very well and told me when I was ready to have the box replaced to call him. So far the replacement break is working out just fine.

I got them from Angie's. They gave me some tips or hints. Then I took advantage of their replacement of our entire electric service in 2015. I had them here twice. Once was for the inspection, once was to replace the in coming electrical service. I think that was like $50 or $60. It wasn't an awful lot. The first time and last time, I give them A across the board. A for everything, the promptness, the professionalism and even putting up with my silly questions. It was done professionally. It was done when they said they'd do it. The first time, they gave me an estimate on price of doing the full house. I think it was two years later when I called them back. I said, 'You gave me an estimate two years ago. How much has it changed?' He told me it hadn't. The price stayed the same for two years. I just felt good. They were here when they said they'd be here. They were here a long time. They were here whole day. They had to coordinate it with national grid too. They solved any problem we thought we had with our service so it was wonderful.

I had a very good experience with them. Angie's List was running one of their deals for almost 50% off to replace a power panel, so I had them do it. They were pretty professional at it. They didn't have all the parts, I had to wait a month for the final parts to come in, but they were real good at installing them. On the whole, I would recommend them. The best part was their customer service. I called Angie's List first to figure out how I go about it and the guy told me to go ahead and set up an appointment and then when I had everything set up, to just go ahead and purchase the deal, which I did. After I purchased the deal I get all these emails saying this is how I contact them and everything else. They were here on time and they did what they needed to do and finished it up in one day. It took them about 10 hours to replace the panel. The only problem I had with that is they didn't have all the parts and it took them a month to get the parts, they were on back order, which I found kind of strange if they're going to run a deal like that and then they run out of parts. But as soon as they got the parts it was done. The owner himself came out and made the replacements.

He wasn't pushy or anything. He said it would be a good idea to replace the circuit breaker. He was very good. I'd use him again. His price was a little on the high side. He was very nice and not pushy at all.

steve is a very nice person to work with. He came to my house last week and he went through the place and we discussed all work that needed to be done. I am so pleased with all that he did today and I will be calling him in the future for more projects that I am planning. His price was very fair for all the work that he did here today.

Apart from the difficulty in scheduling, which wasn't the contractors' fault (waiting for permit, very wet weather), things went well. The price of the permit (not mentioned until deal was bought) from the city of Albany was, I thought, outrageous, but again, not the contractors' fault. Installer was professional, friendly and helpful.

Dragon's Electric went through every outlet and pointed out areas of concern with wiring and or cover plates (lack thereof). Steve, the owner, told me what needed to be done for each outlet, and what it would cost to have professionally corrected. During the inspection, I scheduled an appointment to rewire a circuit in my basement to add a fixture and to separate that circuit from the kitchen. For both appointments, Dragon's arrived on time, got right to work, and charged a fair price.

After purchasing the Deal, they were quickly in touch to schedule an inspection of the box that was in place. That took less than 30 minutes and I was given several options before they left for the replacement schedule. We choose a date and time. They arrived with all the needed parts exactly on time. The work was completed in a bit less than the estimated time they had given me. All systems were checked and all labels explained to me. And the installation and surrounding area was left cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent workmanship and very thoughtful staff.

I was happy with the services rendered for just 50 bucks. Both Steve and his co-worker showed up early, they were very nice and personable. They went around the house checking every outlet, and also checked out the breaker box. They gave me more information on a breaker box issue I had than the home inspector did, and also gave me what I feel is a very reasonable price to replace the entire box. They didn't necessarily provide all the information on their own accord, but I asked a ton of questions and they were perfectly OK with that and provided in-depth answers to any questions I had. They even checked out a few things that I had pointed out that went beyond their standard inspection. Shortly after I was emailed with a link to the inspection write-up. It wasn't quite as detailed as I had hoped it would be, but it wasn't fully necessary to be. Great job! Thanks!
