It went well, but we have not come up with a workable solution, as we have no money to fix the situation.

He was very thorough, polite and prompt. I would recommend them.

It was fine. We had to reschedule a few times, but once he came, I was happy with the estimate, etc.

Very unhappy with this experience. When he came out to do the inspection he told me I had 8 outlets that needed to be fixed so that plugs wouldn't fall out when inserted. I also asked him about installing an outlet outside. After the inspection he sent me an estimate for roughly $750 to fix the outlets inside and to install the outlet outside. I found this estimate to be extremely high. I have not heard back from him since even asking if the estimate was ok or not.

The electrician was prompt and polite and did a great job.

It went very well. He was prompt and professional in demeanor, He allowed me to tag along during his work and taught me about what he was doing, and described his findings. The service provided was thorough and painstaking. I was given a written report with recommendations. It was well worth the $39 to have peace of mind and also be provided with a plan for future improvements.

He checked the breaker panel and all the receptacles throughout the house to make sure they were performing as they should. He listened to any concerns I had and mailed me an assessment. The assessment included a work authorization with cost estimates so I could decide what work I wanted to have done first. I intend to start getting work done after the new year.

We agreed on Saturday 9-27 at 10am and he did not show up and has not called me. I called him when he didn't show up and got his voice mail. I still didn't hear anything back.

They basically went through and made sure that all our outlets were within code and we didn’t have any issues. We did it for safety purposes and we got a good report! This went great! He took his time and did a thorough inspection. He was very nice and gave us some suggestions. It turned out very well.

Initial contact was on April 14, 2014 for inspection of current service. Contract arrived via mail a couple of weeks later for my signature. Steven had to go through National Grid with his proposal since I was upgrading the service. Proposal was good except a new electrical pole had to be put in place at no additional cost to me. Everything was marked and a space cleared for the pole fairly quickly, but the pole wasn't actually put up until July 22nd. Steven was back Aug 9th putting in the new electrical panel. Aug 12th National Grid was back connecting me to the new service. One minor glitch occurred and Steven returned on August 21 and corrected the issued. Steven was very nice and professional. I would use his service again.

The owner had a medical problem that forced him to reschedule. I voiced my time restraints and he was able to contract another gentleman to come complete the work within a week of the original appointment. The Big Deal was $99, but I paid an additional $150 for going over the allotted time.

He did a great job! He was in my home for about an hour to an hour and a half. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

Called to have four exterior lights replaced in June, The owner came out to do install in June. The lights I bought were motion sensor and not what I wanted. He had put up two of the lights, I had him take them down ( for which I was charged $45.00) I went back to get dawn to dusk lights.Rescheduled for the following week I had to cancell the day before due to a family emergency. I called last week to reschedule and was told he'd be here on Aug 7th @ 6:30pm.I received a call @ 5:02pm today and was told he was'nt coming because it was raining. While it may have been raining where he was, it was not raining in Malta. Here's the rub..... I told him when I scheduled this appt that I needed to have this done as soon as possible.....I have no lights on the front of my house, not safe! I asked how soon he could get here, he said the earliest would be Aug 20th! Really ?? I will never use him again and would not refer, very unprofessional.

It was excellent. The worker was very personable. The scheduling was excellent.

I made an appointment with Steve of Dragon's Electric to come to my house today, 7/17/14, for a full house electrical inspection at 6pm. Steve (nor anyone else) showed up, nor did they call. After about half hour past my appointment time, I called his office and nobody answered so I left a voicemail. About a half hour later, I received a callback from Steve that he had forgotten all about the appointment. The disturbing part to me was he sounded extremely tired or out of it. I told him I was not interested in rescheduling.

He installed a ceiling fan with remote for me. The gentleman was very nice, however, it took longer than expected.

Great. Showed up on time. Spent about a half hour going through the entire house. Then met with me for a few minutes. Emailed proposal the next day. Estimate for work was reasonable. Job has been scheduled for 7/7.

I was a little slow in responding to contractor, but my expectation was that the job would be completed in 2 weeks. Actual time start to finish 4/21/14 to 6/17/14. I said I would be flexible but it was a little too long to complete. The job did not appear to be a priority for contractor.

Awesome job. Quickly performed work. Explained what he found and what he would do. Very honest. Very professional. I definitely will keep him as my electrician. Also, Steve charged me much less than the quote - very honest man!

They were fantastic. They fixed everything really quickly and it was great. It went very well. He wasn't able to do anything the first day so he ended up sending another one of his employees back the second day and it was probably fixed within an hour. They were very, very nice, did great work and we were happy with them. They got everything done in a timely manner, which was great.

Found some issues we knew about and found some others we didn't - which was the point of the exercise. He then provided estimates to fix everything he found. We accepted his quotes and he proceeded to do the work. Most of it was done well, professionally, and even went beyond what I would expect an electrician to undertake - like rebuilding the wooden frame of the electrical line into the house.

the worker had to do a little more work than expected to allow for adding a switch at the top of the basement stairs. this would provide access to turn off the basement lights without having to go down to the basement.

He found a few issues including two breakers in which the electrician who the builder hired added extra lines. Having him come back and handled that and about 3 other issues. A pleasure to work with.

Arrived on time; inspected every outlet, box, wiring etc; prepared a list of potential improvements, fixes submitted price quote we intend to move forward with implementation of suggestions

He arrived on time and was pleasant. He looked at what needed to be done then went to get supplies to do the job. He used his time efficiently but after 2.5 hours including the time he went to get supplies the job wasn't, done. I feel it was a difficult job because the cable men who came after him to move the cable also had trouble. He was able to put the cable in place from the cellar to the outside wall but had difficult attaching the outlet box to the front of the house due to the brick and concrete. It was getting dark and he couldn't see any longer to finish the job that night. We agreed that he would come back to finish the job. He told me his hourly rate which was fair and sent me an email the following day saying that he thought finishing the job would go smoother mhowever I did not want to invest additional cost in this so I cancelled.
