Outstanding. The guys arrived early, got right to work, had to run out to get a new smoke detector, and still had the work finished within the hour. They were courteous and efficient, and not bothered by my dogs greeting them. I would DEFINITELY recommend their services and will use them again myself!

That experience went really well. He was really prompt and got the job done in a timely manner. The work he performed was really good. He left the area very clean.

He checked my breaker box and found that I had single, rather than double, breakers installed and gave me a very reasonable estimate for this service. He also gave me an estimate for what it would cost to secure two outlet plugs that are loose from the wall. I also asked what it would cost to remove a fluorescent ceiling light in my kitchen and replace it with a flush mount fan [I would get the fan] and he provided a very reasonable estimate for this as well. Although I haven't had any of these work orders completed yet due to lack of funds, I do plan on using Dragon Electric to accomplish these work estimates in the future.

Steve was punctual and very professional. He explained what he was doing and why all along the process. I will definitely be bringing him back for other projects.

Did not address double-tapped breakers. Missed a couple of non-working lights or fixtures in the house that we still have no solution for. The report is general, vague, and generic, without details. Price quotes for repairs appear high.

Great, he came back (after the inspection) a few days later and performed all of the work we requested (changed out several sockets, and told us which ones had to be GFI and which ones could be regular electrical sockets (which are cheaper)). We bought the sockets ourselves which saved us some money. He also worked around our schedule. My husband and I both work 9-5's so the fact that he was able to come after hours (after 6) was amazing. We've hired him twice thus far.

As expected, the house needs a new electric service. He is not licensed in the city of Albany.

He came over and we discussed various projects I wanted to have done around the house including smoke detectors, wall plates that I wanted changed, and a light fixture. After the initial visit, he neglected to follow up as promised and I have not heard back from him since.

It was fine. It was good. It was very quickly scheduled and convenient. I thought it was worth the 39 dollars. I thought it was a good service that made me feel more secure that everything was fine.

Steve arrived promptly and quickly determined that the GFI breaker was bad. We then determined the push switch to the lights in the garage was still not working. After testing at several points, we found a relay in the low voltage system was failed. I happened to have a spare on hand from the previous owner, but plan to get a few more to keep in inventory here. Everything was tested and reassembled. Steve was on premises for about 2 + hours and was very helpful. I plan to use him for some more work outside in the spring.
