I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the work done by Steve and Dragons Electric. From the estimate to the final email correspondence, Steve was professional, knowledgable and incredibly honest. He scheduled appointments, showed up on time, did exactly what he said he would do and what's more, even came in under the estimate! I did not know what to expect - except that it was going to be a big project and that means big cost. Steve spent time showing me and explaining all the work that needed to be done. He answered emails very quickly. I can't thank Steve enough. We are selling the house, which is stressful on its own. Having someone like Steve and Dragons Electric to do the work took a ton of the stress off my shoulders. If I could, I would rate this company a perfect 10!

Description of Work: We had him put our television on our living room wall. He was about a half hour late because of traffic (it was during rush hour, so I can understand). The job consisted of putting a new outlet in the wall and mounting the tv to the wall. My husband and I put the tv mount together before he got there, so it just had to be attached to the wall. The job was done, but unfortunately the outlet that was used to put the new outlet in had ripped drywall around it and the hole made for the mount was bigger than it needed to be. My husband had to help get the wire through from one hole to the other because the person was not able to do it himself.

Description of Work: Replaced electrical items that were not working. I had purchased a wrong timer replacement. Set up the next appointment to install the correct item before he left. Very professional and accommodating. He is returning to address other electrical issues. He also is very prompt in making contact with you if you have any questions or concerns.

Description of Work: Steve looked at my non-working doorbell & summized that the problem would be costly to fix and suggested I buy one of those plug-in models. Next he replaced two ceiling fans. Although my two hours were up, Steve looked at the wiring in a two prong recepticle and gave me a discounted price(because of using Angie's list) to replace the 2 prong recepticles with GFI's. Overall he was very nice, informative and professional. I will utilize his services again.

Description of Work: added a switch at the top of the basement stairs to turn on the basement lights. It went well. The only issue was a conflict with the price. The subbed out the job and the price billed was much higher than the $150 that was quoted. The owner did drop the price.

Description of Work: Ceiling fan light wasn't working and I was told by another electrician that I would have to replace the entire unit. However, when the Dragon electrician came, he found the problem was just with the switch. He went over to Lowe's and got a replacement switch which he installed. He also very kindly replaced a couple of bulbs that I could not reach. He was very pleasant, professional and courteous !!
