Had a little trouble with the first unit, but Mr. Aboaf sent me a new one right away. Everything is working well.

I did a LOT of research before calling LifeNet. Frankly, what appealed to me about them at first were two things...the low price for their services and the positive reviews I read. Well, I immediately found out why those reviews were so positive. My conversation with Jacques about setting up the service couldn't have been more pleasant. He explained everything so clearly, and gave me his number so I would have a resource to call if I needed help setting up the equipment once it arrived. (I didn't need help--it's simple.) Another thing I found out about LifeNet is that their call centers are manned by EMTs. They encouraged me to test the system every month of so, which I did. The woman who answered was so professional and courteous. I am definitely glad I decided on LifeNet. I feel a lot safer.

They are very good. We've gotten good service from them. They came out and installed everything, so that was a really good thing. We have been very satisfied.

This service was needed because the relative requested to live in her own home and did not want to go to a nursing home. Overall, rating was excellent. Recommend this company for anyone looking for this type of service.

My parents insists on living by themselves so felt that we needed to have an "additional eye" watching just in case they need any medical help. We don't live in the same area but felt that with a LifeNet system, it gave us the piece of mind we needed. We ordered the system a few months ago and is very satisified with the quality of service we received. So far, things are going well and thank God, no emergencies as yet but if it happens, we know they will be in good hands. Thank you!

I got Lifenet for my mother who lives by herself in her 3 bedroom home. I bought the one year monthly subscription because it saved me about $50 for the year and if I changed my mind they would refund the unused months. I researched several different companies but I chose Lifenet because not only were customer service reps helpful they seemed genuinely concerned and took the time to understand my situation, explain how their system worked and my different options and what worked best for my mom. When the rep said he would call me back w some info he promptly did. He said that they were the only company that monitored the system with EMTs. The other major firms I checked said it wasn't necessary to have EMTs monitoring the system but I felt like it was important. They also said they guaranteed everything for as long as I had the service. The reps were patient with her when they helped her to set up and test the system. Before I bought it, they said there was no installation. Just plug in the power and phone cord that were already connected to the console. A neighbors son plugged it in for her since she didn't feel comfortable with doing that herself. He said it took all of ?5 seconds?. The other thing I liked was that before I bought it, they stressed that they encourage the user to press the button anytime they aren't feeling well. They emphasized that they "never" charged for accidental pushes or testing because they didn't want anyone to be reluctant to get help. I asked a lot of questions and they were always patient and helpful and nice to deal with. Even though I don't live that far from her I like that I have a reliable system in place to be there in an emergency. Yes I would recommend them and have.
