System was easy to install and works as advertised (did more than 1 test). Jacques provided excellent customer service when we had questions and responded to voicemails we left very promptly.

Very smooth and she has used it for three years. It gives her level of comfort that help is available.

Very well. Jaques was very informed and explained the product well. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. The set-up was relatively easy. I believe I had a question or two on some of the set-up details and between the LifeAlert support desk and Jaques we got them promptly squared away. When we no longer needed the system I simply mialed it back to LifeAlert. I recieved a credit for the prorated service for a partial month of use. Although I had to remind LifeAlert for the credit, as soon as I called and inquired, the credit was made within a very short period of time; I bleive it was a minor oversight. Provode LifeAlert meets your specific needs from a product standpint, I would certainly recommend them. They were very responsive and easy to work with which is important for this type of product.

Arrived promptly. Good instructions with the unit. I had a phone call after the order, before the unit shipped with all the information given at that time - it was on their site, but they still called. I had one question later, called and got immediate assistance. Very happy with the company.

It has gone very badly. I'm going to fire them some time this week. They have the wrong address of the house. I've asked them 3 times to change it and they say they will but they never do. I'm going to send them a letter asking them to refund my money and as soon as they refund it all, I'll be happy to ship the thing back to them.

Unit was self installed without any problems. I did have to call support for a minor issue.

I haven't Had to use for an emergency yet. Setup and several test runs went well.

They were very helpful in setting up our account and offered to help in any way they could. Installation was very simple, so we did not need their help. We tested the service after we connected the device to the phone line and the answering service agents were always very polite.

The product was sent in a timely fashion. However it was more complicated than expected to set up. The initial customer service representative was poorly informed and of very little help. However, Jacques returned our call and was able to relatively sort out the issues that we were having.

I have dealt with any number of highly-rated professionals from Angie's List, but Jacques set a standard that is unlikely to be approached by anyone you will ever deal with. The equipment arrived promptly and was extremely easy to plug into my father's existing phone line. We tested it a couple of times to check the range of the pendant and in each case the response was swift and professional. Best purchase I've ever made on Angie's List!!!

A Lifenet agent responded very quickly and we set up a date for the materials to be delivered to our home. The materials were delivered as scheduled and were easy to set up. The most difficult part was finding a combination of electrical outlet and a landline phone jack in close proximity of each other. Included was the base unit that needed to be set up with the phone jack, the alarm button that could be added to a pendent or into a bracelet to be warn by my husband, a packet of paperwork where I listed all the names and phone numbers of family, friends, police and hospitals to be responders. The packet of instructions were clear and once set up, I tested the system a couple of times (as suggested in the instructions) and everything worked as advertised. We did have a couple of accidental alarms sent out and the quick response was gratifying. We had the system in our home for only 6 months, but my husband's disease progressed to the point of requiring a live-in caregiver. We were able terminate the Lifenet service with no difficulty. After a pleasant phone call, a prepaid shipping form was delivered via e-mail. I packed all the equipment into the shipping box it was delivered in (You are warned to keep the packing box for just such a need) and sent it off. This was a very nice company to work with and when it is my turn to need such a devise I will most assuredly check out the Lifnet system.

We have been quite pleased with their service. We just returned it. We don't need it anymore. We needed it. It worked and we are quite pleased with everything.

I ordered this item for my 81 y.o. mother who fell and has multiple fractures in her pelvis. Along with other upgrades, I also wanted her to have the Life Net around her neck collar, at all times. This gave me great peace of mind. Unfortunately, my mother's condition has worsened and we just got her into Assisted Living. I HIghly recommend Lifenet Alert for peace of mind when your loved one is home alone. The service and professionalism are top notch, and you really get the feeling that they do care and are there for you. I did a test on the big machine and it went well. I had to call the company for a little assistance in the bracelet. My experience was very positive.

The system arrived well packed in the mail quickly, and had very clear instructions so it could be installed. There was also a number to call or an email address if I had any questions. The paperwork I needed to complete and return was clearly marked at the places I needed to complete or sign.

TIt went well. The problem was that I switched the phone jack to the other port, while trouble shooting the data line. I had to put it back to it's original position and make sure the other end went into input 2 on the router. This is a generous offer/promotion. My father will get to try this for 4 months with no monthly service fee, and we may cancel at anytime. I liked that it came with a key lockbox that emergency responders can open to get a key to the house. The downside is that it doesn't have a gps sensor to know if he has fallen and is unconscious, where he can't press the button on his wrist. My father fell off a chair, in the past, hit his head and didn't know how long he was out. In such a scenario, this system wouldn't be useful, until he regained consciousness.

I received a phone call from the company within a couple of hours of purchasing the deal on Angie's List. The LifeNet unit arrived quickly. It was very easy to install. The base did not charge as quickly as it should have. I called the provider. He tested the device and it was operational when I pushed the alert button. A new unit was immediately shipped. It charged as expected. The provider is very polite when I test the device and helpful when I called with the charging issue. I was not charged postage to return the item. A return box and label were enclosed with the new unit. The key lockbox to put on the doorknob to allow the EMT's to enter if I am home alone and not able to open the door made me and my family feel more secure.

I had some difficulty find another jack in the house, until Jacques informed me that the modem has an extra jack, which avoided another expense from the telephone company. Thx Jacques! Anne

Mom has had a couple of accidental activations and the folks answering the call are patient and responsive. Very happy with service.

When problem was reported, received a prompt call back. Jacques was very courteous and cooperative and immediately mailed new system, along with prepaid box to return the dead system. Could not be more pleased with the process or with this company . Great to work with!
