Excellent service for my 93 year old Mother-in-law.

Bought a medical alert system for a out of town relative. The company was very responsive to all of her inquiries

They were very responsive throughout the process from purchase, to mailing the unit, to providing all of us with a sense of security in times of need.

Everything went well, communication with Jacques and received the equipment in a timely manner. Equipment was self-installation and easy enough for me to figure out. Thankfully my mother has not yet needed to use the alert, although the initial testing went well. The only negative I would say is the length of phone cable to connect, I found it to be somewhat short and could be longer.

The big deal from Lifenet Alert Systems turned out awesome. The gentleman was very helpful with getting things settled with my mother. It was good. I ordered the Lifenet product for my mother. I paid for the whole year. They bent over backwards to make sure that I was comfortable, my mother was being taken care of and that she received the item in a timely manner. He helped to get it working for her. I am not there with her I am out of state. I was on the phone quite a bit and he was very reassuring and very nice about the whole situation. I was very impressed. I would absolutely use this provider for services in the future.

So far the experience has been good. The health person who worked with us was very responsive and easy to talk to. The equipment came very quickly. It was also easy to set up.

Installation went great; one hitch with the key box but that was my fault. Another arrived in the mail quickly and this time he help me set it up. We have not actually had to use the medical alert button but monthly testing was satisfactory each time. The peace of mind it has given my family is immeasurable....I would definitely recommend this company. Their service is worth the money.

We purchased this for a family member and it’s been good so far. We had checked out several options and we chose this Deal because the Lifenet service was the most well-known. There are a few different configuration options for the devices, which is nice also. We are overall happy.

It went very well. Jacques was very responsive and returned calls, and it was a great overall experience. I did some research on the pricing, and it definitely was not 48% off the service. Now, we’ve not had an emergency yet where we needed to use the service, but so far we’re pleased. I would definitely recommend a deal and company like this for anyone else with the need!

The system just didn’t work out for us in the location we needed. They were very helpful in troubleshooting and even sent a second unit. They even offered a free month for our problem if they could have got it to work. However, the electronics in the apartment building just didn’t work out, so we had to do a refund. I’d still recommend them without hesitation for someone else that has the need.

The instillation was very easy to install. Jacques was very very helpful and we got it set up with ease. I highly recommend it for other people who have the need, and I’d use it myself if needed. He worked with me to set up my quarterly installments. We’ve not had to actually use the system yet, but they’ve otherwise been very responsive. Jacques was wonderfully professional, and it’s just been an overall great experience.

This has been one of the best things I’ve ever done. They’re a fantastic company. They’re on the ball – they call you back within 5 minutes! He was so personable and respectful, and I really liked him. The product was simple to install and it came right on time. The only concern that I have is that the receiver can accidentally be activated by a child or pet that brushes against it. One suggestion would be a waterproof bag that allows the user to use it in the shower or tub, since those are the times it’s easiest to fall. There’s a lock box on the front door for the EMTs to use, and even though I had an issue getting it all set up, he sent me a whole new box that has worked out great. I couldn’t be happier!!

The equipment arrived a day or two late (but so did everything else shipped during Christmas season this year). It took me a day or two more to set it up because my father's house is old and I had to update his phone jack for the modern snap-in plug. Once everything was installed, the test went smoothly. The forms that needed filling out were straight-forward and in large, easy-to-read print for old eyes. I discovered that the section of the form that asked for the lockbox location was not large enough to describe the location well. I filled it out but what I'd written was cramped and jumbled, so I called to explain what I'd written. Jacques answered the phone and took down the description carefully. He asked to settle any other questions, but I had none. He called me back a week later to report that the form information had been entered and that he had checked to be sure it agreed with what I'd told him verbally. Again, he asked if he could answer any other questions. This time I asked about the recommendation to call paramedics before the personal contacts. He recommended choosing to call paramedics first. I agreed with his reasoning, but I stayed with personal contacts first. My reason is highly subjective: I believe my father would be more likely to press his button if he considered it calling his friend or helper than if he thought of it as calling the ambulance. The only problems I had were with set-up. These systems are sold as "just plug and go." BUT THEY ARE NOT. My father would not have been able to install it himself. Besides adapting the phone jack, I had to search for a place to attach the lockbox for the emergency key. There were very few places on his house where it would fit. I'm just lucky that one hose bib was exposed a little further than the others and was on the front of the house. Finding the hose bib and installing the lockbox involved crouching in the flower bed. If my father could manage that, he wouldn't need the system! I suppose I could have put the box on a door knob, but that would have been a nuisance every time my father came in and out of the house.

Our business was conducted by telephone and all was prompt and completely professional. Having this device and service available in a very short time was wonderful. Delivery was as promised, setup was as simple as described, and we were completely satisfied.

They sent out the emergency button with a necklace and bracelet to put it in. The bracelet was broken so I called the owner and he was very accommodating about sending out a new one and verifying that my unit was working. So far I have been totally pleased!

The representative Jacques was very personable and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

I searched on the internet and then checked on Angie's List for providers. I emailed LifeNet and Jacque responded very quickly. He fleshed out the information on a mobile service versus an in home service. He was responsive informative and not pushy. Exactly what I was looking for. His communication and continued follow up has been fantastic. His continued support has been extremely reassuring. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! (Jacque, if I spelled your name wrong please forgive me!) It LifeNet. Great service.

I HAD PURCHASED THE LIFENET ALERT SYSTEM AND THEY ASSISTED ME WITH THE INSTILLATION AND TESTING OF THE EQUIPMENT...THE COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT WITH THE CALL BACK TO HELP WITH INSTILLATION...THEY WERE GREAT.

The gentleman followed up and helped my father to test the service after it was plugged in and then called to update me on the successful test. I can't say enough nice things about this provider and the stellar customer service they provided. I feel much better with my father living alone after purchasing this.

It went great. Jacques was the representative that I dealt with, and he is great!! For those who are considering a medical altert system Life Net is the best value for the cost and the services that are included. I compared them to five other medical alert companies.

Jacques Aboaf was very prompt with my request, just as he called the device was delivered. He was very helpful, and assured me I could contact him at any time if I needed help with the device. I had it set up in minutes, the instructions were simple and easy to follow. It is well built and I was impressed how nice it is. I am going to feel safer having the LifeNet System in my home. They were pretty good, but we wound up not using them and it did not have anything to do with the quality of their product. The customer service was great. They were very responsive to my questions and then we wound up having to return the product and they were very good about returning it and not charging us. Their price was reasonable.
