Jacques Aboaf was very straight forward in explaining the product and service. Very professional and helpful. He was also very responsive when I called him back. All has gone the way he had explained.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and said that I could contact him any time - 24/7 even. When the equipment arrived at my mom's, I installed it myself. It was very easy. I did a test activation of it and it performed perfectly.

The set up of the equipment was extremely easy. I do recommend saving the box because you will need to return everything when or if you cancel your contract. I have called the company directly with questions and they have been extremely helpful.

The customer service has been awesome. Definitely would recommend.

They were fine when we were setting up the monitoring system. The product arrived right away. The product seems to be good quality. It is great that this one has the EMT capability and it is a reassuring thing since others do not offer this.

Contact and setup went very smoothly. I felt very comfortable that should anything happen the appropriate agency would be contacted along with myself. I would recommend this to others. The unit picked up very well from multiple rooms in an apartment allowing one unit to care of the person no matter where they were inside.

Jacques explained he'd put the item in the told me I could call him with any questions or concerns any day/time. I didn't have to call him when the item arrived - the instructions were clear/concise, but it was nice to know he was available if need be.. So far, things are going well. She has not needed to use this system yet but I gives her and her family great peace of mind.

Very responsive and helpful in setup. Haven't had to use the service in an emergency.

We installed with some good phone support. It went well.

Once that was resolved everything else went smoothly. I tested the system a couple of times (as suggested in the instructions) and so far everything works as advertised. We have had this system in our home for only 2 months and so far (thankfully) we have not had to test how well this system will work in a real emergency. Apparently, our system is not set up to know when the wearer of the alert button is unconscious and unable to send out an alert, but I have been told that such a program is available.

Mom had a service she very dissatisfied with. I looked on Angies list for a different, call this provider up and he was very helpful. We received the equipment and installed it within a week

My dad fell while I was at home and I could not pick him up. We pushed the alert button around his neck and he was contacted Immmediately by Life Alert. He was not injured so the fire department arrived within 10 minutes.

I actually had to use the alarm function in April 2014 and the Lifenet people stayed on the line with me until the EMTs arrived. I also use the Lifenet monitoring function. I have to push a ?timer reset? button at least once every 24 hours. If this "timer reset" is not done Lifenet would first try to contact me (my choice) and then if I didn?t respond they would call the emergency number. As an extra ?bonus?, When you push the alarm button a loud ?EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY? is announced. This would probably scare away any potential intruder. Pricing is reasonable at about a dollar a day.

The product arrived on time via Priority Mail, but I have not yet set it up.

After reading about several companies I selected Medical Guardian (Lifenet Alert) and found the price to be reasonable and the service to be excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone who has health issues and is alone part of the time.
