Extremely pleased with the work. All was completed in less than a full work day. Glenn was prompt, courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. Made the entire process look effortless. Definitely knew what he was doing. He was also concerned about ensuring he cleaned up after the work was complete and that he left the premises in a better state than when he arrived. He added some extra touches such as clear silicone around the outside of the tub and around sink. He is to be highly recommended. Will definitely call upon him again should the situation present itself. He even gave a 1 year warranty on his workmanship, so we know he is confident in his work and we are too.

Called , left a message , and Glen got back to me the same day. i had my upstairs shower re grouted along with the tile covering the whirlpool tub. Also had him do my shower off the main bedroom re done. Glen also painted the grout with a special grout paint in the main upstairs bath the on- suite bath floor and the floor tile in the half bath down stairs. the man is a perfectionist. He did an outstanding job. Here's someone who takes pride in his work. don"t find that too often anymore. Also he showed up when he said he would. He was at the house for 2 days. would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their tile grout re done. couldn't be more please with his work. trust me i'm very anal when it comes to this type of work and so is he. you wont go wrong if u hire him. all work cost me $1300. Also very neat.

The price was reasonable, did the service in a timely fashion - both scheduling and the actual service.

Extremely well ! Glenn and his assistant arrived on the dot as promised in previous evening's confirmation phone call. They worked conscientiously and efficiently for hours, cleaning and "tuning up" the areas. The three rooms look amazing!!! Even better than new! This is a true professional knowledgeable in his craft and proud of his work.

Unbelievable. The finished product makes the bathroom shower area look new. The Grout Guy focuses on customer attention, detail and satisfaction. I chose the Grout Guy based on commentary on Angies list. I have used Angies list in the past, but the Grout Guy is absolutely perfect. The job was finished perfectly. Although I had some extra work and tiles that actually fell down, the Grout Guy repaired them perfectly. Thank you so very much!!!

we called for an estimate and he showed up on time. He even gave us pointers on how we should handle an uneven wall and the gap it created behind our counters. He was very helpful and even helped make a shim to show us how to close the gap. Hard to explain, but his suggestion was great. The day of the work came and he arrived on time with his helper. It was raining and they put drop cloths down to keep the floor clean. They worked quick but diligently. The subway tile looks fantastic! Such a big difference! I would definitely hire him again and absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Great! Glen was on time and took care to cover my floors because it was raining out and he didn't want to dirty our floor. Very courteous and respectful of our home. I wish all contractors were like him! We are so happy with the work he did, the tile looks brand new and the new shower doors look awesome! My bathroom looks brand new again! I can't praise him enough for the awesome job and clean up. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have this type of work done and I would definitely rehire him if I am in need.

It went pretty well. Glenn was very helpful and very clean. I was very happy with the work he did. The small area that he tiled was with 2x1 foot tiles and it looks fantastic. Spacing and tiles look very good. The showers look very good as well. I recommend him if you are looking to get grout or tile work done.

Glenn did a wonderful repair by removing about 8 tiles which were loose and since I did not have leftover tile from the installation he got them off and cleaned them without damaging them. After repairing the damaged studs, replacing the sheet rock, he put the tile back and fixed the rest of the grout in the shower. It looks brand new. Thanks Glenn

My repair job went great from beginning to end. Glenn and his helper were courteous and on time. This was a difficult repair but Glenn cut all the tiles exactly as they should be done and then did a skillful job in matching the grout. They did a great job on the clean up too. My kitchen floor looks perfect.

Glenn did a superb job and was quick and efficient. He arrived at the appointed time for the estimate and the job. He suggested a place to get the tile and we went to pick it out. Glenn then went to pick it up for us. Glenn is so friendly and just an all around nice guy. He knows his business and did a superior job. We are very pleased with the job he did. And his prices are extremely fair. He also was very neat and tidy and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. Just can't say enough nice things about him. We would recommend him to one and all.

Glen was very professional, worked efficiently, and most of all he was clean -- you didn't even know he was here. The workmanship was very good and he gets an A+++ for being clean.

Glenn is amazing. He initially called out that I purchased something that may not be a fit for what I was trying to accomplish. He worked with me to sort what was really needed and made sure the overall work was equivalent to what I spent ...even doing some extra. Don't look any further. If you want some great work done, at a reasonable price, with a very talented, fair and trustworthy individual/company, you've found it. I only wish I had done this sooner. Will use again, will recommend. Very pleased w/ the outcome. He took a lot of pressure of me while I have some other renovations going on. That's the type of person you want in your home.

after searching angie's list, it seemed like the grout guy would be the best choice for our needs. we had painted our old stained and dirty grout a darker color after trying on our own to clean it and were unaware that was not a good idea. only after glen came and explained to me how it will now cost a lot more to get this floor and grout looking like new again did I find this out. his initial responsiveness was impressive to begin with, think he tried getting back to me 2x within 24 hrs of my initial call to him. he told me because of my painting the grout, he could not do the job properly without having the floor professionally steam cleaned 1st which would remove most of the old paint in the grout. he recommended "ernie" of everclean inc, another excellent service provider I found out. they both said the kitchen floor will look "like new" and "nite and day". coming from glen and ernie, you don't take this as a come on and I am a skeptic. I decided to invest the money and take their word for it. ernie came one day, glen and his nice son mike the next, and bingo, looked like a new floor! Glen the Grout Guy and easy to work with, excellent in his evaluation prior to commitment, and does not make you feel like your being taken for a ride so to say. he deserves all those excellent reviews. No complaints here!

Glen was punctual, professional, and very neat. He did an excellent job re-grouting the shower stall. We are very pleased with the results. Glen takes pride in his work, and offered a one-year guarantee on his work. We took a shower today - so far no leaks. Not only did Glen do a great job, he also saved us a lot of money!

We recently remodeled our kitchen but wanted to retain our 30-year-old, hand painted counter top. The grout was dirty and the counter looked dated. After researching Angie?s List we called ?The Grout Guy? and spoke with Glenn. He came to our house and gave us a price to regrout our counter and backsplash. After all the other work in our kitchen was completed we contacted Glenn to schedule an appointment. Glenn came with his son who assisted with the job. I cannot say enough about the expert job Glenn and his son did. He was meticulous with his work and made or counters look practically new. He sealed the areas around the sink and the seam between the counter and backsplash with a silicone material to match the grout. The counter looks better now than it did when it was newly installed. He will be returning in one month to apply paint to the grout so it will be impervious to stains. Glenn is friendly, easy going and offered many tips to maintain the newly grouted counter top. Job went very well. Glenn and Mike arrived right on the dot of 9AM. They were very professional, neat, polite, cheerful and pleasant. They cleaned up after. i was afraid of dust spreading but there was none of that. The rest of the house wasn't affected at all. When Glenn came to give the initial estimate he even took off his shoes before he walked on my light green carpet. I had been putting off the regrout job because I was afraid of mess No mess/ The bathroom gleams. I am happy.

Glen was very responsive. He returned my first call that evening and we later scheduled the work. He was punctual and polite. His work was superb. My tub looks brand new. He completed the work in a few hours, and even regrouted my pedestal sink which had become loose. Glen does excellent work and I would definitely recommend him.

Let me start off my saying that I tend to be a perfectionist and I think Glenn is the same way. He was prompt when he arrived to give me the estimate and on time when he returned to do the job. I got two other estimates from other contractors and found Glenn's price to be more than fair. Glenn was also very honest when it came to advising me how long I could expect the master bath shower regrout to last due water that had begun to penetrate the old grout and the dampness of the mud floor in the master shower. I really appreciated his honesty. Glenn also repaired and painted the grout on the marble floor in the full bathroom, as well as corking the tub & shower area and the area around the sink. He also corked the floor areas in the master bath where needed. When he was finished the job you would never have known he and his co-worker were there. Everything was neat and spotless. Glenn is a nice guy, someone who really knows what he's doing. He's not going to try and sell you on something you don't need. He's a professional and I would highly recommend him.Thanks Glenn.
