Amazing! Glenn re-grouted a large steam shower and the before and after was incredible. Glenn is very skilled at his work, very diligent and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work. I would highly recommend and will definitely hire again.

I was very satisfied with the work that The Grout Guy completed. Glen was pleasant and easy to deal with...he communicated clearly, his price was competitive and the work was well done. He and his assistant arrived on time and cleaned up after they completed the job. I recommend this contractor!

Glen and his helper arrived on time and put down tarps to protect my wood floors. They worked quickly and professionally. The bathroom tile now looks like new. Glen also gave me information on the care and maintenance of the tile and grout. I would definitely use this company again!

Glen was easy to deal with on phone and make appointment. he gave me a quote after I texted him a few quick pics. he came on time and was fast. he was so fast he actually charged us less than we had initially agreed to pay. the area looks way better than it did before and now we don't have to worry about water leaking into the walls and floor when we bathe. maybe I could have done this myself but it would have been a big project for someone who is not experienced and handy and it probably would not have looked as good as Glen's final product.

Manny is a super nice guy and him and his partner work quietly and keep to themselves. However, he had to come back 5 times to correct issues. That’s just too many times in my opinion. Honestly I am still not 100% happy with one spot in the shower, but I can’t deal with calling again and taking more time off of work to try to correct it.

Work was done in a very timely, professional manner. Very happy with results and would definitely use again.

He did a very professional job making my shower and floor look brand new. He did a full regrout and color seal that literally transformed the masterbath into one I am very proud to show guests. His work was meticulous and well done. I would highly recommend his work to friends and family.

This is long overdue because it was an excellent job on both our bathrooms. We were very happy with service! We thought he was very fair and honest. He takes pride in his work and cleans up everything spotless. I would not hesitate to hire again. We ha e already recommend him.

He did an awesome job. He did more than we expected; such as caulking the corner grouting, around the faucets/handles and the shelving in the tub area plus around the toilet. Was so impressed with him.

After completing the bathrooms for which he did a great job I needed a few weeks before we could do the downstairs. He would not set a date with me so when I returned & called to set the appointment he left a message saying he was not finishing the job because he had lost too much money in my complex. I had a quote for the entire job & now I understand why be asked to get paid for want he had finished since he never intended to finish the job. I consider this very unprofessional leaving me with half the job done & now I have to look for another person. His work was an A but what he did by not finishing the job he quoted is just unacceptable. I would ever use him again or recommend him because being abandoned in the middle of a job is not a nice thing for a homeowner to have to deal with.

There is a reason Glenn has so many positive reviews. Glenn was booked about a week in advance but he gave me some very helpful advice about what I could do with the loose tiles in the meantime. Glenn (and his helper) showed up on time and did exactly what needed to be done. The loose tiles were re-set and the tub was re-grouted. It looks better than I could have imagined. There were no surprises and his estimate/price was fair. He also touched up a few spots around the tub at no extra cost. They were very professional and cleaned up after their work. It went extremely well. Glenn arrived on time. He was immaculate. I wouldn't know anyone had been in my house working except for the fact that the shower looks fantastic --brand new-- he did a superb job! I would definitely have Glenn work in my house again and I highly recommend him.

we had used Glen previously and were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge from the previous work, so we knew right away who to contact for this work in our new home. Glen came over and looked at the grout fill in needed in the kitchen/DR and explained to us the floor is the problem and that this will continue happening in the future. he said he would do the best he could , but it would be our decision to have the work done, or, just have the floor replaced. we opted for the latter at his recommendation. so it would of been wasted money. He proceeded to do the shower stall regrout in all areas needed, colorsealed the bathroom floor, redoing the grout where needed, grouted the linen walls of the shower up to the border and sealed all with clear silicone. the bathroom looks like new again with very minimal maintenance required.

From the first phone call until he finished the work, everything went so smoothly. He showed up on time, laid mats to protect my rugs. There was a problem in my shower with extra water which he repaired an explained what had happened. He cleaned up the extra grout on my bathtub from the company that installed the bathroom, and regrouted tiles where needed. My bathrooms look brand new. I told my neighbor what a great job he was doing and she came over to see. She asked him to give her an estimate after he finished at my house. Thank you Grout Guy!!

I contacted Glenn and he responded within 1 hour and the appointment was setup for the following week. He is a true professional, prompt, meticulous, and knowledgable. I have 2 bathrooms where there are cracks in the grout and holes/spaces that needed repair. In the basement, there were some areas where grout was missing from the sides where the floor tile meets the wall and stairs. In there kitchen there was an area on the floor where patching was needed too. Glenn was able to repair and patch these areas and also color match the grout perfectly. I am very pleased with how the work went! I will be definitely be hiring Glenn in the future.

I contacted Glenn last week and was able to get an appointment the following Monday. He arrived promptly and was courteous and polite. He took off all the extra layers of caulking and did a really nice job re-caulking. It looks so much better now and I can be confident that we will be leak free. Thanks!
