Description of Work: Glenn and I discussed my request via phone. He asked for me to provide pictures through email. Kept referring to fact that he was so busy and pictures would speed up the process. We set up an appointment a month in advance with an alternate for the immediate Monday if he shortens a job. Fast forward 1 week, he was asking where we left off. I told him we had Dec. 7th penciled in and he told me he forgot to put me on the schedule and he would try to shuffle some things. Low and behold I haven't heard from him and the appt date came and went.

Description of Work: I called the Grout Guy on Monday morning and he returned my call that afternoon. I explained that a water main leak on my street had washed mud and water across a bathroom on the first floor of my home. [don't ask !] We quickly agreed on what needed to be done and made an appointment. He arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. The bathroom looks new again
