A skilled closet Design Consultant works closely with you to analyze your space and your needs. With Mr. (Member name removed)' project we did have an issue with doors supplied by our vendor. We did not believe the quality was to our high standard. The decision was made to have the company provide new doors which took some time to manufacture. As the review states the quality of the product is "A" rated. It is upsetting to see that the steps we took to ensure this quality left the client with a poor feeling of our professionalism and punctuality. Upon completion of the project we believed we were in good standing with the client. We ask that if there is anything we can do to mend this relationship, to please reach out to us. We want to express that we are so grateful to have you as a client and thank you for your business. At times we do hear that clients feel our services come at a premium price. Please let me take a minute to explain some differences between our company and service compared to big box stores like Home Depot. Our products are custom designed and manufactured. Everything we produce starts with the raw materials and is cut specifically for a each client. Everything is designed because of a need and we are do not limit ourselves to only standard sizes or modular pieces. Our designers, woodworkers and installation teams are our full time staff. We do not subcontract any of our work to other companies. Working with our company insures that quality of the process from the initial consultation through production and installation is under our control and meets our high standards. This is something that the big box stores do not offer. Lastly by working with California Closets here in Suffolk County you are supporting a local business. Our location has been servicing Long Island for over 30 years. Our modern, advanced manufacturing facility is located in Ronkonkoma and clients are welcome to visit with an appointment. All of our wood components are manufactured right here in Suffolk County. Again, thank you so much for your business. Description of Work: Kitchen pantry pulled out and replaced by California Closet with stationary & pull out shelves. Sales rep was great and very detailed. Returned before installation and remeasured. Company that pulled out old pantry was also wonderful. Totally professional, neat and painted area before new closet was installed. Installer for California Closets was also very detailed, precise, neat and the end result was close to perfect.

They did a good job. They were very responsive. I had nothing bad to say about them. They worked with what I had and were very accommodating.
Description of Work: They installed a media closet. It was a sound system closet with room for the components and LPs with the stereo and turn table.

Their service was fantastic. They are the most fabulous of all. They are very courteous, on time and neat. They are dependable and their work is quality. It is absolutely unbelievable. The price I paid was reasonable for the quality I received. They were so patient and attentive and willing to please, I cannot say enough about them.
Description of Work: They did two clothing closets and they designed the inside and put it all in so that I do not need any furniture. I have drawers, bars to hang pants, shirts, and long dresses. I have place for pocket books; a whole shelf for shoes.

The closet designer was excellent. He listened to my needs but also offered his recommendations on how to best resolve my specific storage issues. He was extremely responsive when I had questions and followed up to address any unresolved items. The installer was very professional. The finished product was worth every penny.
