The Ronkonkoma team of California Closets did a great job, I love my closet!

It worked out very well. I am a designer so I am doing this on behalf of other people. They are expensive, but they are very good.

It was designed for my request, but after using it I realized it really didn't work for me. I called them and explained my problem and they were very accommodating and came back and fixed my problem.

They're very good. We've used them before. I had no problems with them. They did exactly what they said. They'll give you the proposal. They'll come and they'll do it. They cleaned everything up. They're a very good company.

We were happy with what they did. We have used them for years. They did good quality job. Our interaction with them has been good. The wardrobe is very good.

The worked turned out fine, good. There was nothing that I disliked about them. They were very professional and very good. They built more closets than the number of bedrooms in the house. They do the closets really well. The price was expensive but what they gave was a good value for that price. The quality was excellent. They were good contractors.

They were very good. They came on time, they did the job and they left, at the price they agreed at. I liked everything about them.

It went beautifully. Scheduling was very easy and they responded to my call within a day. They were superb and the merchandise was terrific. We had an issue with one of the doors and the technician came back to fix it and was here for two hours until it was perfect. It took about a month for them to install the closet. They were very professional and very clean. We are going to hire them again to do the closet in the spare room.

It was very good. It took a while to schedule since they were busy, but they did the work perfectly and the price was great. They sent two people and it took them around five hours.

Teresa was able to show us on her computer how the various options would look in our space. She made suggestions based on our projected usage and was very helpful. Our installer was professional, installed the components to our satisfaction and cleaned up after completing the installation. Overall, everything went smoothly and my wife is happy with her new closet.

Justina the designer was very nice & came up with a great design, Unfortunately I came up with some unexpected bills & can't afford to do this now. If I do this in the future, I will call California Closets.

The experience was very good. They exceeded my expectations.

Everything went exactly as Teresa had told me it would. The workmen showed up on time and performed all the work, as she said they would in such a timely manner. The respected the house and clean up and left the closets much better than when they came. Would recommend them to everyone.

They were the best! I couldn’t possibly give them higher marks! We paid up in terms of price, but it was definitely worth it. They actually came up with a few ideas that helped keep the price down. I’ve already recommended them to other people, too.

They were terrific. The sales lady was excellent. She spent plenty of time with us. They able to get the work done with 8 to 10 days. I have recommended them to three of my friends already as the work was so great.

My experience with them was very good and I like the quality of their work. A guy comes out a head of time and double checks the measurements. He goes over everything with you to make sure it's going to be exactly like you want it to be. He offers suggestions for alternative things you could have or do with the installation. He's so knowledgeable about his product that you know you're getting the best use of the space that you have. In my pantry I asked for narrow and tall areas where I could put my baking sheets and he was just so accommodating. Within two weeks time the shelves were here and they were installing them. He sent two young guys to do the installation and they were very efficient with their time. They don't hang in one closet together and each one is doing separate areas so that they're out of your house quickly. They clean up really well after they're done and were also really nice. One of the guys was getting a phone call from the next house that they were going to and the lady was giving them a hard time about not being there yet, but he was so kind to her because I think I would've lost it. They're very professional and did a great job. This was the second time that we have used them to do another area of the house.

An appointment was scheduled the same day I called. The design consultant called to confirm the appointment a day or two before she was scheduled to come. She told me that these appointments usually take about an hour, just to make sure that I was ok with it. She showed up on time. Spent a bit of time taking detailed measurements and entering the room dimensions into her design program. After asking what I had in mind, she entered my preferences into the design. Although I had spent quite a bit of time thinking about what I wanted and sketching them ahead of time, there were certain things that obviously were not going to work, or could be made better. We worked together for about 2 hours before coming up with a suitable design. Jennifer was very patient with me, and had a number of very fine suggestions about design/color/etc. Before she left that day we had an installation date set. Approximately 7-10 days before the install date, the installer came to remeasure, just as an additional check. While he was measuring, Mike had additional suggestions to improve the design, which were incorporated into the plan. The day before installation, the office called to let me know what time to expect the installers. They arrived on time on installation day. They spread blankets on the floor to avoid any unnecessary scratches or dirt, and explained to me exactly how the installation would proceed. The two installers (Mike & Mike), worked diligently all day, even staying into the evening so the job would be finished without them having to come back. Very polite, professional young men. Very pleased with the furniture and the entire process. Although I spent more than I thought I would, the end result was worth every penny!

The work got done quickly. It was good quality. I would definitely use them again if I had a need for a similar job.
