appointment was for 12/17 between 10:00 & 11:00 A.M. They arrived about 10:30 A.M. knew immediately what needed to be done & told me the cost & promptly did the work . Very efficient.

The purchase and installation went very smoothly from start to finish. They are the ultimate professionals in addition to being pleasant, kind, and friendly. The doors were installed in about an hour or so. They look beautiful and operate efficiently. We would definitely recommend them and we would call them again if the need arose.

These guys were great! They were accommodating to my schedule . They were at my house when they said they would be and the job took just as long as they said it would. There was an additional expense due to wrong springs from another company but they worked with me on the price. They made sure I understood how to work everything before they left. They repaired an old garage door system, so old it wasn't recognizable to them. The garage door dragged along the system itself, having been ill-fitted probably when initially installed but even still, they didn't try to upsell me on a new door. John acknowledged that it's an old, but solid door. Top of the line door in it's day when it was built and there's still plenty of life left in it. Therefore, he just recommended replacing the actual mechanism and giving me two wireless reports and a keypad system. I was VERY pleased with the services and would absolutely recommend them to anyone and when I do replace my garage doors, probably in two years - I will be calling this family. John answer called in the morning and showed up in early afternoon. He spend 10-15 mins to fixed the garage door issue, lubricate the roller and adjust the garage door. Everything seems working fine now. Thank you, John.

John provided me with a job quote and an estimated time the work would be completed and his brother Bill did the actual installation. The job took an hour longer than expected because of some issues caused by the installer of the original garage door, but the price was still exactly what was quoted to me by John and the quality of the work performed by Bill was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for the services they provided.

John answered the phone right away even though it was clear he was not feeling well. He said his brother would be over the next day at a particular time, and he was! Bill couldn't find a specific reason the door would reverse...of course when he was there, it didn't do it as much...you know...like when you make that dentist appt and the pain goes away. Anyway, it appeared it was just leaves blowing around and cob webs, so he raised the "eyes" to prevent the mechanism from triggered at low blowing debris. It works fine now...as long as I'm sure to not stand too close when I press the outside button. Those eyes see everything! They were very nice and I thought reasonable as well.

Bought and had installed a triple insulated steel door and auto opener. The trick here was that I have a brick chimney that prevents the track from going all the way back and a door going from the house into the garage right in the middle of the back wall. When I first found them on Angies list, I called them. John (owner) came over that day and examined the situation. He said they could install a new energy efficient door and install an opener and alter it to where it would not interfere with the chimney. Next next day his brother Bill and a worker showed up. It was done in two and a half hours. The door is beautiful and it works perfectly. They came up with a solution. They even off centered the mechanism to where it is off to the side and doesn't interfere with the door from the house into the garage. Both John and Bill were very courteous and personable. They were clean and took the old door away. Installed a nice, bright light. Gave me two remotes, a keypad, and a button on the side of the inside door to open the door or turn on the light. I am so glad I found them. They were upfront, and honest. I would highly recommend them. I don't know if the price was good, but they were able to do what others said couldn't be done. It was worth it.

They were very good. I am going to call him soon because I am going to have another garage door lock put on another garage door. They are really nice people. The price was fair. They are very good and are not as expensive.

Called for repair late on Thursday, Bill showed up early Friday afternoon. Took 15 minutes. Bill was polite and fast and I would definitely recommend Bi-County Garage Doors for any future repairs.

Excellent work. They adjusted the height of the tracks to accommodate for our low garage ceiling. They definitely knew what they were doing.

I called for an estimate and was able to set an appointment with John. He arrived on time and provided a specific price proposal after showing me the various options. I selected the Stratford 3000 insulated steel door with a Lift Master opener. Just as scheduled this morning at 8:00 am, with the temperature at maybe 15, Joe and Bill arrived to remove my old door system and install the new one. They were done by 10 am and the system works great. It's much quieter and heavier. The short pane windows are an added plus. I could not be happier and now will highly recommend Bi- County to my neighbors and friends. Thanks John, Joe and Bill.

We heard of this company through Angie's list. I was concerned if it would be neat, as it is a new garage door. They were very neat.They explained how the opener works, as well as the safety features.It is great not having to manually lift that heavy garage door anymore. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. I called these guys on a Saturday morning, and they showed up about 3 hours later, ready to install the new door. The two gentlemen who showed up were pretty gruff, but I'll take a job well done over great small talk any day. I originally considered installing the door myself. But I estimated that it would take me at least 4 hours to go through the instructions and fiddle with the device to get it up and working correctly. Doing the math, I decided that I could put my time to better use doing plenty of other things and outsourced the job -- a brilliant decision in hindsight. The crew ran into an initial snag as a heat duct in my garage hangs a bit lower than the top thresh hold of the door frame. They took a closer look and decided that even with a belt-drive system, they could adjust the height of the motor to accommodate the headspace. Had I run into this issue on my own, it may have taken me 24 hours to research the issue, buy some additional parts, and maybe get to the same result. Instead, even with this hiccup, the guys had the opener up and running in 45 minutes, including the access panel that sits on the garage door frame. These guys were efficient, effective, and very reasonably priced. I'd definitely use them again.

I called on a Saturday evening of a holiday weekend, I did receive a call back a few minutes later - but not from this company. By the time this company did call back I had already taken another (wonderful) company and my job was completed by them, not this company. Lesson: The early bird catches the worm, but his wife is not happy to have her holiday weekend cut short with work? Happy wife-happy life. But I am a very happy client of "the other" company.

Everything went very well. Called Bi County came the same afternoon to look at door and discussed different types of doors and options. The new door and tracking was installed by week end with no problems. Would recommend
