John was excellent. We scheduled the appointment for this past Saturday and he showed up on time, got to work and was finished in the amount of time he said it would take. Prior to installation, he walked me through all of the options available in order to pick the right garage doors. After installation, he took the time to show me how to program the remotes and how to maintain the doors and tracks. His prices were very competitive as well. Highly recommend!

John was very responsive, did excellent work, and was a pleasure to deal with. He replaced my garage door opener with a new Lift Master belt drive version. The difference is amazing! He also connected booster springs that weren't being previously used. I would highly recommend John and BI-County.

John arrived on time and first checked the garage door control pad. He discovered that the lock switch had inadvertently been activated and corrected it. Had he been less honest, he could have gone ahead and replaced the opener. Instead he just charged for a service call. I will definitely call him again and highly recommend him.
