The contact person will bend your ear a bit, but the crew that came was efficient and did a professional job.

they wouldn't quote the job until they had finished the job and because it was a small area in he middle of the living room and hall way they had a minimum charge of 175.00 plus tax. I was furious. then the next day the spots were back and I called 3 times with no call back till the end of day. they had all kinds of excuses. they set up a time the next Monday and never showed. and now they are coming the next Monday to finish the job they started. terrible service I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel I am owed a refund.

The team was polite and worked fast. I was disappointed in the outcome and think I should have been told not to expect too much. I explained that the couch is old and stained but was not warned that it could not be cleaned.

The Carpet Doctor restretched our carpets that had buckled a year after the installation by a carpet outlet store. He did a fantastic job! His crew moved furniture, so we didn’t have to. The carpet cleaning crew was on time, polite and conciensious. The carpets look like new! All the “animal smells” are gone. We would definitely recommend the Carpet Doctor.

David Haley and his crew did a fantastic job fixing our carpet. He was very meticulous and it looks great. We recommend him highly and will hire him again if the need arises.
