I was called promptly by the owner, and his workers were at my house within 2 hours. They were neat, polite, and kept busy to get the job done in a couple of hours. What a great relief! Thanks very much for a job well done.

Was unable to complete my scheduled move out inspection due to CD not showing up until 426 and then the job took them less than 30 mins and no receipt was able to be provided in a timely manner for my proof that I had, had the carpets cleaned....phone calls were to the owner or manager(whoever) were unanswered and when calls were returned I felt blown off and rushed off of the telephone. I will definitely not reccomend to any other military personnel here at Fort drum

Excellent communication they call back promptly when you call them and they show up exactly when they said they would. Job looks great.

I hired the to pump out water from my basement. Two young gentlemen showed up after lunch smelling like pot and not really professional. They were not able to suck up much water at a time. They had to keep leaving to empty their truck. I was not informed when I hired that they only take bank checks or cash. It worked out. The owner is s good guy. But it is what it is.

Dave was great to work with. He responded right away and I had an appt for carpet repair within a week. I'm very happy with the quality of the work. Will be calling Dave again if need arises.

Dave arrived as scheduled and performed the work by himself. He was personable and contentious. When he completed his work our wrinkled carpets weren't wrinkled anymore. He did a great job and we were quite pleased with the results.

They really came through for us when we were in a bind time wise and did great work.

The you man who did the work was very polite and friendly. He did a great job and the carpets look very good. I have a dog and most of the spots were from her accidents. I would recommend Carpet Doctor and will use them again in the future. The price was very reasonable.

The two young men that came to my home, were professional and courteous. The did a great job and when I asked them to touch up a few spots, they were more than willing. They cleaned my grout and my floors look like new. The did a great job on the carpets. I highly recommend them for any floor and carpet work.

Saved me my security deposit in my rental. Great service, fast, reasonable. Awesome that this exists for pet owners like me whose dogs find carpet amusing and tasty.
