I had two companies come out and look at my AC unit and they were unsuccessful. I called Deep Freeze and they were able to troubleshoot the issue with my unit and got it fixed with no problem. They provided professional, courteous, and fast service. They were fast and efficient and I would highly recommend them if your having any problems or need maintenance for your AC or heating unit.

I have used Tony and Deep Freeze on several occasions and each time the experience has been the same: superb service, great knowledge of the work to be done, honest, and reliable. He has fixed everything from a leak in my system to a major rebuild of one of my compressor units.He is the only a/c person I will trust to handle my a/c and heating needs.

This was the 2nd time we have called upon Tony @ deep freeze to fix our unit after it was off for the entire winter.. Both times we were very pleased with Tony's knowledge & professionalism when working at our home... He diagnosed in a short amount of time on his 1st visit that we simply needed a new relay... On the 2nd visit we thought we were looking at paying for a completely new system when Tony happily informed us we did not allow unit to run long enough after the initial startup after being dormant all winter & in his opinion there was no need to replace unit even though it is 16 years old... Both times Tony's fees were more then fair... He also arrives when he said he would as well as removing his shoes without being asked when he entered our home... We never felt rushed by Tony like so many others do to get in & out as quickly as possible ... In summation it is both a pleasure & comfort knowing we can depend on Tony for all of our heating/air conditioning needs in hopefully a long future.. I would highly recommend both Tony & his company Deep Freeze to anyone that asks...

After missing a prior appointment made by his office, Anthony showed up at my Mom's house to inspect her A/C and never called with any follow-up. Considering how hard it was to get him to show up in the first place, I can't trust a supplier who doesn't both to follow-up with a call or note. I have found another provider, and will never call this unreliable company again - I see from other comments, I am not alone.

They checked the compressor, the fan, filters, and the water pump. Found nothing wrong. They cleaned the water pump.

My AC was firing up and blowing warm air. I called Deep Freeze. They scheduled a time with me to come and do an initial inspection. The analysis was quick and they had a few suggestions for me. They took the time to explain everything. I decided to have them come and fill my system with Freon and address the leak they suspected I had. On the day they were scheduled to come, they had an earlier appointment and called to see if that would work for me. It did, so they came. Everything they told me in the estimate was spot on except the amount of Freon I would need. I needed a few extra pounds (and that stuff is expensive!) so they gave me a discount on labor and the price per gallon to bring it back into the estimated ball park. I appreciated that very much. They applied the Angie's list discount with no issue and I am back up and running with my AC! I will be getting a quote from them for a new system come next year (mine is about 16 years old and came with the house then I bought it)

They did a professional job, on time, on schedule as promised. Installation ran smoothly without problem, the unit operates without problem. They came back twice to do the regular maintenance without charge. I appreciated their work.

My gas boiler stop working on 04/13/16, I called this company, Tony told me that he can come over on 04/18/16, and also told me how to manually turn the water valve to let boiler working over the phone. After I mention that I'm off on 04/16/16, he called me back to change the appointment to 04/16/16. Tony came on time with his son, they replaced the parts and cleaned the boiler.

I scheduled a 12pm appointment two weeks in advance to have them come and give an estimate on the cost to install a new central air system. The gentleman I spoke with asked me to call him the day before the appointment to remind him of our appointment. I found this to be strange and unprofessional, but having dealt with quirkier people I called him the day before as requested. He asked if we could do 1pm. I told him I was busy starting at 1:30pm and that 12pm is better. He confirmed and said he would be here at 12. The morning of our appointment (today) I get a phone call from the tech asking to come at 11. I told him I had another repairman coming for a separate issue at 11 and the best time for us was still 12. He was clearly frustrated but agreed to come at 12. It is now 3:07pm on the day of our appointment and no one has called and no one has showed up. I tried calling back the tech from this morning and he did not answer. I tried calling the main line for Deep Freeze and no one answered. I have zero respect for individuals who cannot keep appointments and do not inform their customers they won't be showing up. It is disrespectful and rude. I will not be using this company. **UPDATE in response to service provider's response: I never received a phone call. Deeply troubling that this company has to resort to lies instead of admitting fault. The tech didn't answer my phone call. Deep Freeze main line didn't answer, and no on returned my call. Terrible experience.

Our home heating system stopped working on Sunday morning, during a cold snap. After a day of trying to figure it out myself, and a night introducing the kids to the joys of sleeping with hot water bottles, I contacted Deep Freeze on Monday morning. Of the three providers I contacted, Deep Freeze was the only ones who had experience working on forced hot air systems, and could be there the same day. The owner and his son arrived on time, and were able to identify the problem quickly. They were able to repair the system and get the house warm again. Will definitely contact them in the future for additional repairs and tune-ups.

Great to deal with someone that answers the phone. Calls you to make sure your home before arriving to his scheduled appointment & arrives on time. Really nice and honest. Hard workers, clean and pleasant to deal with. Will call again for sure!

They did a great job. They were punctual and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

45min after technician left, AC stopped blowing cold air. Called them again and they came back the next day. At that point, they said my compressor blew, and advised to replace entire central AC. However, I got a second opinion with another company and they were able to fix my AC by replacing the start capacitor AND run capacitor. I requested a partial refund from Deep Freeze but have not heard back. Response: I did not call the technician directly. I've always called your main company number. In regards to the issue at hand, it is not uncommon to get a second opinion if your technician is telling me that I need a new AC. I was not dissatisfied UNTIL someone else was able to resolve the issue.

The service department called me before they showed up. Provided very good service and fixed the A/C. I will use them again.

I used there service. Initial consultation was great. The second time, I called them again for an A/C problem and they charged me a great deal of money for the update. They did a good job on the initial consultation, we called them for a quick repair that needed to be done but the quicker repair was very expensive for a fairly simple repair. The service was fine, it was just very expensive. They were pretty prompt.

It was terrible. They actually missed a leak in the system. I don’t know if they caused the leak or they missed the leak or what happened. They told me the system was working great. I had to get another service provider and they actually repaired the leak. It was a waste of $100. Their price was fine. They passed on quality and responsiveness. They were actually making sure that they received their money. They weren’t professional because they actually touched my other unit, which I told them not to touch. They were only trying to tell me that there was an issue with that one as well. That one had been serviced already. It caused more harm than positive.

Provider never called, never set up appointment. Besides a boiler tune-up, I need a new valve, which they could have made more money on the job. Very disappointed. Don't know how to get my money back - I paid $95. up front to Angie's list.
