Tony and Jr. are excellent to deal with. They are very reliable, knowledgeable and very consistent as we have known them for years now. They never make promises that they can't keep and always give their honest opinions without the fluff. In today's market, it is really hard to find good, old fashioned workers like these guys who are knowledgeable, reliable and easy to work with.

Shortly after submitting my review last year, the a/c started to run hot. I called tony and after he cancelled 2 appointments, he finally came over. Spent 2 hours here and said everything was ok. It was not ok. He came back about 10 days later and again spent about 2 hours here, He said system was fine and that maybe I needed to put a curtain up at room entrance or buy a second unit to place in room. A/C ran hot all summer. Last week I had another company to come over and examine a/c. In 3 hours they diagnosed and fixed problem. Appears that I had a leak in one of the units and deep freeze did not want to want to spend the time needed to fix it.Do no waste your money on deep freeze.

We have been dealing with Tony over 10 years. He has always done a great job. When our burner went he replaced it without delay. We recently had him change our thermostat and flush out the water heater. Every summer he checks the central air to make sure its maintained.

Very nice company and very nice people. Used the twice. Recommend them to friends.

Job was started and completed on time. Tony was very cooperated with my requests. Would hire again. Cost was 9700. plus electrical.

I use this company because they had so any positive reviews- First I'll say Denise, who answers the phone, was a sweetheart and the owner and his helper were personable as well. They came on a Saturday and looked at all 3 units although there was no actual servicing performed, just a visual examination. I pointed out the unit that was burning up wires and was advised it would need a hard start kit. I was quoted an additional $550 for parts and labor and when I asked, I was told the part alone was $350.The owner came back a week later to install the part at which point I googled the part by brand and part # and discovered it was a $13 part. After the install was complete I let the owner know that I knew this and he dropped the price by $150. All of this would have been OK (I guess...) except the unit continued to fry wires so I called them back again and this time was advised the problem was the windings in my condenser (?) and that the unit needs to be replaced at a cost of roughly $1200-$1500. I didn't get a refund for any of the ineffective "service" that had been performed. If you use them just be aware...

5 weeks later 2 lbs needed again. provided by another company. Price for coolant was less. Second company's service person said that the coils needed to be cleaned. As a result unit was overheating which may have resulted in need for additional coolant. Service person said that whoever serviced the unit should have cleaned the coils. The additional coolant may have been need because the leak sealant didn't work. I will test it again in 5 weeks and know for sure.

I found my guy on Angie's List and I just love him. He's always fast response, incredibly honest. I even had him do my nephew's (this was 2 years ago, though) Subway restaurant. Honest as the day is long. His work is incredible. He gets an "A"+ for everything: price, response, customer service, everything. His name is Tony and once in awhile he brings a helper. He knows us now.

It was a great experience Anthony explained to me what was going on with the boiler what needed to be fixed,& replaced. Very happy with the service provided. Will use again for my yearly tune-up.

It was good. We were satisfied with the work he did, it has been working since. He came when he said he would and cleaned up afterwards. There were no problems. He explained everything to my husband and he was doing it, I think the quality was excellent. The owner and his son came. He explained everything and was punctual. He diagnosed the problem right away and checked the whole system. He did not come with just a part and put it in, he was here for quite some time. He was here at least 2 hours.

It was fine, no problem. They followed up. When they were doing the installation, they called up and explained. They were responsible and reliable. I think it was a good cost. They came on time.

I would recommend Deep Freeze without hesitation. They replaced one of my central A/C units and have also done routine service on both of my units, and have always been professional and responsive. They also performed hours long work on a blower unit in my non-standing attic on an extremely hot day. Nevertheless, they were courteous, expertly completed the work, and cleaned up after themselves. Thumbs up Deep Freeze!

They came and evaluated that everything was in working order and that it needed no updates or repairs at this time.

On 10/15/16- I called Anthony @ Deep Freeze, he came out the same day and identified a lot of issues with this OLD furnace. He had to ORDER several parts, including a new thermostat. He came back within a few days with a helper to complete the job. They did an excellent job. They were punctual and very professional. The system is up and running again, the house is warm and comfortable. We are very pleased, and would recommend them to others.

All went well. Having a heating system service call this coming week.

Tony has always been very responsive to our calls. He is very professional and provides quality work at reasonable prices. He is also willing to provide a temporary fix when a permanent solution is not immediately available. We will continue to call Tony as needed, and I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I called Deep Freeze when my heat wouldn't come on. I have a ductless system and it was the first time I tried to use the heat this year. They found an electrical problem and repaired it on the spot. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

I called Deep Freeze because my central air wasn't cooling. They found and repaired a leak in the system. They were polite and very professional and cleaned up after they were done. They were a pleasure to deal with and I plan on calling them back to check out my heat.

Fine. Anthony and his assistant were pleasant and courteous. They explained the work they were doing and also gave me some tips about how to maintain the furnace.

They have done a nice amount of work for me over the past few years (above 15k worth). I would definitely recommend them.

My AC stopped working, and they were able to come later that same day. They kept in touch and let me know within the hour when they would show up. The technician was very professional and polite. He replaced the relay and added Freon. They were just great and I was very pleased. I would recommend them to anybody.

Anthony was very courteous and professional, and he did a great job on the wiring problem. My AC is now running just fine and cooling properly. I am glad I called this company from the recommendation, and highly recommend him to others for HVAC services.
