Description of Work: The furnace was Cleaned and tuned up. I was contacted and had the appointment set up in a timely manner. They arrived a little ahead of the window I had been scheduled for. They called to verify that it was okay before showing up. Of course it was okay. Our furnace was okay. So it was just cleaned up. Very professional customer service and we would use them again.

Description of Work: I had an appointment with them on 5-18, between 3-6 PM. At 6:30, I called them to find out what happened, and was told they would not be there tonight. Next appointment was for 5-23 bet 9-12. At 11:35, I received a call from Anthony that they were leaving a job and would be here in about an hour. They arrived at 1:45. Anthony seemed to be thorough with his work of assessing the problem. He told me I would get an email estimate by Fri. I got it Thurs. I had questions and called Denise at the office. Anthony called me late that evening, and answered that question and said if I have any more to feel free to call back. I called Fri with a question and Denise said he will call me tonight or tomorrow. I never did get that call.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon on Anglielist website for a $95 AC tuneup. Supposedly, the contractor was going to contact me within 2 days to schedule a date. However, after not hearing from him, I called him instead. We scheduled for him to come the following week on a Tuesday sometimes between 9am to 1pm. I took a day off from work to wait for him. When 1pm came, no one showed up. I called the contractor's phone and spoke with a lady who told me that the contractor was running late but he would certainly show up before the end of the day. Then, 6pm came. I called the office again, but it seemed like no one was at work anymore. I waited one more hour. It's 7pm and I'm canceling the deal. Being late is OK-there's always some unexpected delays. However, no show and no phone call are just unprofessional.

Description of Work: they fixed my old boiler so that I did not have to spend a lot more money to get a new one, they were very nice and I was very satisfied with the work they did

Description of Work: This just a small job that it's unfair to give an elaborate opinion about the provider. I stayed out while they were working. I noticed that they have the right equipment and diligently inspecting the whole furnace. Last night, for the first time it kicked in, so, I believe those guys did a good job.
