Cliff and his associates provided exceptional customer service across multiple jobs including both carpet and hardwood flooring. When the initial hardwood flooring appeared different than the sample, Cliff went out of his way to ensure that we had a product installed that we were happy with. Planning to hire again on future jobs.

Results look great. Work was performed quickly. Area of carpet is somewhat intricate, including corner of stair and railing post. Repaired piece blends excellently.

Emailed Cliff (using his website) describing the work. Had an 11 year old carpet where 2 rooms and a hall way had started having some "bubbles". Within 1 hour of sending the email he calls me. We talk for about 15 minutes (mind you he was on vacation) and come up with a plan. He gives me a window for a specific day and says he will call 30 minutes before. He does EXACTLY that, shows up smack in the middle of the window, surveys the work, and goes about it. He and another gentlemen were at the house for maybe 45 minutes. He was able to fix the carpet perfectly (without having to re-arrange the rooms). It was exactly liked I hoped it would go. Without any hesitation I would call Cliff again.

Very well. I was in a hurry to get this done, so I can't say that I got a good or excellent price, but the price was fair for the excellent service and quality work done. Unlike so many contractors, Cliff was responsive, dependable, and wanted to provide me with good service. He asked if he could do the work sooner than we had scheduled, which was great for me. Workers showed up on time. They were polite and skilled. The wrinkles were removed, They cleaned up after themselves and helped me move some fragile pieces of furniture. They asked me if I was satisfied and did I have any questions. Cliff, the owner, arrived and checked the work and asked me if I was satisfied. I was. He also guarantees his work. If that rug gets wrinkles they'll fix it for free. Very reasonable and way cheaper than others who don't guarantee their work. This is the guy to get!

Cliff responded quickly to my request for an estimate, brought samples and made suggestions. His price was very reasonable. On the day of installation, he was on the job and it was done efficiently and professionally. The installation included closets and stairs, which couldn't have been easy, but it looks great!

I have used this service before but was worried if this job was too small to handle. Because it was bathroom it had toilet and washer and dryer that needed to be moved and put back in place after the flooring was installed. Cliff and his team again were very professional and on time took them about 3 1/2 hours to finish cleaned up and put everything back to its original place. I like the fact they he quoted me the exact amount I paid and followed up the next day to see if I was completely satisfied. I had one small thing with the border and he sent someone out the same day and took care of my concern. Great customer service!

Cliff, his wife and crew did a great job! Cliff and his wife were great to work with on choosing the carpeting. Once that was done, we set up a time for Cliff and his guys to rip out and install carpeting throughout our entire home. It was quite an undertaking, but they were done in 2 days. They also moved any larger or heavy furniture at no charge. I would definitely work with Cliff in the future for any flooring needs.

Cliff and his guys removed all the old carpet and did great job installing the new carpet. They had to move a lot of very heavy furniture in order to make it work. Great job, on time and on budget!

Cliff was fantastic. He showed us a wide variety of carpet and made recommendations based on our needs and budget. Cliff promised a start and finish date and stuck to it. He cleaned up nicely and was willing to field multiple phone calls when we had questions.

He has been very accommodating with our schedule and had great recommendations for us--really willing to work with us to find the perfect solution. The carpeting he installed is fantastic, it feels great under foot. He is a pleasure to work with! We will absolutely call him the next time we need any flooring solution. Highly recommended.

At first I was a little skeptical and worried but he walked me through each step of the process. My fear was we would not have something I liked at the end of the installation. What I'm amazed at is how wonderful the job turned out and his craftsmanship and professional team which finished within 3 days as promised. This small businessman knows his flooring and how to delight his customer. I am customer for life now thanks to his experienced team of fine craftsmanship. Highly recommend this business if you are in the market for hardwood in your home.

Cliff did the entire job within 5 days He measured the area on Thursday, showed me carpet samples and wrote up the Sales Order He scheduled the work for the following Tuesday and did the entire job in 3 hours . He took the old carpet to the street and left the area clean and neat He had 2 people helping that were also very polite The carpet looks great

Cliff and the rest of his team are phenomenal to work with. They went above and beyond in getting the carpet I wanted and installing it on a very tight timeframe. The price was very competitive with the other quotes I received and they don't nickel and dime you for moving the large furniture, etc. Their customer service really puts them over the top - they even shoveled my walkway to ensure they wouldn't track snow in the house.

Found Cliff on Angies List and because of the great reviews, I used him and the reviews were accurate. He and his crew of Jason and Isiah were great to work with. The willingly moved our furniture and put it back. They communicated well and were always here when they said they would be. I would certainly use them again.

From initial phone contact, Cliff personally brought samples of carpet to our home and scoped the work we wanted. When the carpet was ready, Cliff and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in an expert manner. They did a very good job in all respects, including cleanup. All were courteous and respectful. We are sure we received a lower price, as well as more personal attention, than would be expected from any of the big box stores. We will gladly give a "two thumbs up" recommendation to others.

Went off without a hitch. Because Cliff does not have a lavish showroom, he can offer better prices than other carpet dealers. Plus, there is the convenience of his bringing samples to your home rather than driving around town to visit various showrooms. He and his installers moved all the heavy furniture for us, a service no one else had offered. And as a bonus, he used left over carpeting and made them into 2 bound runners for us at no extra charge.

Was done in a timely matter. Asked them to come back and fix a seam. They did come back and look at it but have not fixed it yet. I was not pleased with their cleanup.

It went well. After a couple calls they came back to change an area that I was not happy with at no extra charge.

Called and made an appointment for carpet stretching. Warned them it was a big room. (I should have given measurements, and/or they should have asked.) Upon arrival they looked at the room and said it was too long for their equipment and they had to get more "bars." Said they'd call when ready. 1.5 weeks passed without hearing from them. Finally I called - they'd been away on vacation. Cliff apologized for the silence, said he'd get back to me to make appointment. Called within a day or two we set up a date. Showed up reasonably on time and worked hard for about 1.5 hours. Carpet was *very* wrinkled and now it looks great!! Price very reasonable. I would hire them again.

Cliff was great. He responded quickly, came over twice with samples before we had an agreement for services, and told me flat out what the price would be. The price was for everything and there were no hidden add-ons after the fact. Cliff was very direct and no nonsense. The carpets look great and the turnaround time was quick. The only thing I was hesitant about was not having a detailed estimate initially. However, when the time came to sit down for the service agreement, the price was exactly what he had quoted verbally. The price was also thirty percent less that what we were seeing from other installers. We even received a compliment from our house cleaner after the install.

Went very well. Workers and owner very professional. One spot where seam was unusually placed. Came back twice for questions, even attempting to rectify an stain issue that was caused by customer after Cliff left.

Excellent, after the buckles were pulled taught, the geometric pattern stayed straight and matched nicely at the seems.

Cliff came out and brought samples, we chose a carpet that he had in stock and he was able to do the work within a week. Everything he said happened. He came when he said he would, did the job quickly and efficiently and did a fine job and at a price we were comfortable with.
