Wagner Carpets

We were very happy with the floor itself and the installation for that matter, however quite disappointed that they left absolutely no leftovers….none. I find it hard to believe that the job was exactly the number of boxes we paid for. Regardless. 1-1/2 years later we noticed some significant gaps in the floor in 3 spots. We personally went to the store 3 times to see if they could do anything and each time we were told that someone would be in touch and stop by to look at it. It’s been 3 weeks and not as much as a follow up phone call. We won’t be going back. Simple customer service and maybe some leftover panels and it would have been a 5 star…now it’s a 2.

Great service, great guys, we are very happy with our new floors and new carpeting. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The gentleman that came to the job worked very diligently and did a great job my only complaint was the estimate that I was quoted and the final price were far apart . They did do a little extra and I'm greatful for that but said they charged me 50 $ each to move stove and refrigerator 3 ft ?( I also helped and could have done it alone ) all in all ,they did a good job so I paid ?

Wow. It takes a lot for someone to be lost for words which is so random to say because I’m literally leaving a review, with words… there is no other place to go too than Wagner Carpets. And do not let the word carpet fool you because they do everything in the flooring division including moldings and what have you. Let’s just say I learned so much today. Not only about carpet, flooring, and molding, but about how there are still AMAZING HUMANS such as Jack and Mike that installed our carpet on our stairs. These are good people, nice, kind, all of thee above. They are hard workers with families and that’s who you want to give business too. The work that they did here I’m just completely blown away. We are actually having them come back to do more work because of amazing suggestions they have. This is the only place you want to come too. There is a reason why this company has a complete 5 star review. And let me tell you, they freaking rock it out and totally deserve this! Here is one of the first pictures I took to send to my husband to let him know and show him what a transformation.

Our carpet is only 4 years old, but had many lumps. The original carpet installer came and said it couldn't be fixed. Wagner came out and fixed them and they did a great job. Very pleased and happy with their service. When it's time to replace the carpet, I'll be calling Wagner.

Fine work done by very helpful installers. They moved furniture, stripped carpets, painted with KILZ where necessary, recarpeted and replaced furniture. The work was done cheerfully and accurately. Andy Wagner was knowledgeable and his pricing was fair. I would recommend his company any time.

After slipping down our hardwood stairs with our new infant in hand, we were in desperate need to more traction, and quickly. I cannot recommend Andy and Wagner carpets enough. They were quick to respond, quick to install, and did an amazing job.

We were very happy with the service performed by Wagner Carpets. Andy and Jon were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Jon did an amazing job with the stretching and even vacuumed up afterward. He was also able to repair a small hole in one area of the carpet. We would definitely hire them again!

Andy was great to work with. They were fast and Courteous . They made my lumpy carpet look like almost new. Fantastic work ! I will be calling Andy when I ready to replace my carpets. Fantastic work for a good price.

AMAZING! We had previously used Cliff Kemp for our carpeting needs. Our daughter just bought a home and wanted her bedroom done. Didn't realize Cliff Kemp retired, but we were extremely happy with Andy! He was on time and accommodating. The previous owner did a "hack-job" do it yourself carpet job in the great room. Left a seam right down the center of the room and came up short on one side. Andy spent some time trying to correct these problems for her......Fantastic!! Cannot even see the seam. He is professional yet easygoing. Thank you, Andy, for your expertise, and helping our daughter make this house her home!

Cliff and his crew did a great job installing carpet in my two bedrooms and basement/stairs. We were redoing our basement and Cliff was very accommodating holding onto the carpet we ordered until the other contractors that we hired were able to finish redoing the rest of the basement. Cliff and his crew left the place very clean even with having to remove nearly 40 year old shag carpet. His prices for the same or better materials are much better than any other commercial or local business in the Rochester area. I have recommended Cliff to a number of friends and all have been very happy with his services and prices.

Cliff even recommended a different type of carpet for cellar stairs. works better, no additional cost

Everything went extremely well. Cliff brought samples to our house, listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. The quality of the carpets he had were excellent. The installation was delayed by a day due to a snow storm, but Cliff and his installers were accommodating, friendly and meticulous. Cliff also removed a wrinkle in an old carpet for us at no charge. Highly recommend.

I could not be more pleased. They arrived on time. They were very pleasant and worked quickly, efficiently, and left my house just as they found it--they even vacuumed! I would recommend them to anyone and I already have. Our builder hired horrible installers and we are all having problems with stretching.

Cliff answered the phone when I called and was very responsive to my questions and needs. He knew exactly what was needed and how it could be done. He was very responsive to all my calls and showed up when promised doing an excellent job. I found him knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. The price was very fair, too. I have used Cliff in the past, have referred him to friends, and would certainly use him with flooring needs in the future.

Service went great. It took them about 30 minutes to complete the entire job. they were professional, quick and clean. Before they left, they moved back all the furniture and even vacuumed. I will be using them again!

The morning of the installation day, Cliff gave me a 30 minutes notice that his crew were on the way. They arrived on site earlier than expected, which was great! His crew was very professional and installed the carpet in a couple of hours. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
